Walgreens

The community had 2 Walgreens, now we have 1 to service the entire Bayview community. The pharmacy lines are long, wait time is unbearable. They rarely answer the phones. To go in and see our senior citizens trying to hold themselves up as they wait in line is painful. The clerks responses are short and borderline rude. I SLIGHTLY understand because they are under staff. and have to listen to a lot of people that voice their opinion on having to WAIT FOREVER IN LINE, which is justified.

The pharmacist, Victor, came through for me! My prescription was electronically sent to the wrong pharmacy. I had been trying a couple times until late to get it switched and finally just showed up here. I had been sick with an issue for days and Victor made some phone calls and got everything situated for me quickly. My husband was able to pick up my meds just before they closed. Thanks Victor! I am your newest customer.

The afternoon manager lady is really nice and customer service is good. They carry some Amy's brand organic frozen dinners and soups as well as Halo Top brand Ice Cream which are my favorites.

So I really like the staff there the pharmacy people are way over worked because it is the only pharmacy that is close to that area. Please keep this one open.
