BJ's Wholesale Club

I been member of BJ's for a serval years now and this location is one of the best i been to. Was here for the first time today at this location this place very clean and staff very helpful they go out of there way to make shure you are able to find what you need and looking for. They will help you take big bulky items to your car and load it you can order ahead and your order will be brought out to your car. I saw the staff making shure they don't run out things and they were restocking when needed they were doing there best to help there customers thank you a lot keep up good work.

Shopping here for years, and I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to the amazing to the team from customer service to stocking area.

Every time I’ve dealt with Crust, Warda, Michell, Rosemary, and more young lady (dont remember the name but she is usually helping at checkout around noon) the issue was quickly resolved and the experience is consistently top-notch. Gotta give a specially shoutout for Warda, always friendly and incredibly helpful, providing excellent support that makes me feel genuinely taken care of. I just had to share my appreciation after receiving consistently great service. Thanks again, your effort hasn’t gone unnoticed!

Bj’s is one of the best wholesale clubs available in the country with a great quality of both foods items and non-food items although a little pricy as expected but competitive and their credit card is one of the toughest to get.
I have to lose my membership only to rejoin later because some of Bj’s products are had to find outside of Bj’s at the right quality.

A good wholesale grocery store similar to Costco but smaller.

Had purchased 2 front tires for my Nissan Versa and the customer service by phone and in person were very helpful and honest. My tires were changed on the spot. Thank you. Also it was a very busy day Yesterday Saturday 073022, they worked hard every with only 2 service men.

Marc in the deli and cookie in the management department are awesome. Truly marc is a gem he is always pleasant and has great recommendations and cookie always uplifts her co workers and she is always patient with guest, especially the seniors. What a wonderful team and a wonderful store

Very nice location. Not crowded. Super friendly cashier. Her name was Britney. Really great attitude. Helpful and a delight to talk to. Got everything I needed. I love this store.

I would like to commend two employees of your store that go above and beyond giving extra customer service.
Marco who works at the customer service desk has always been extremely helpful and courteous whenever I've dealt with him.
Lessie D. who usually works at the express checkout is always so pleasant and helpful, she's a joy to deal with.

David Holloman is an epitome of professionalism. What a customer service! I was at the store earlier today to do Shopping. Since it was my very first day at this particular location, I asked David a one item where abouts question. Not only he was delightful to help, he offered if I need anything else in the store. He told me he knows the store very well and he is glad to help, David helped me with with theee, four more items. Very impressed by Davild Hollomon's Impeccable service. He definitely is an asset for the company.

I came to get a renewal with a coupon. The service desk employee was excellent. Hos name was Chris; friendly, accommodating and seemed very well trained. I would like store mgmt to reach out to him and tell him "nice professional job". From an appreciative customer.

The place is conveniently located at falls Church and Arlington. Prices ain't bad at all but their chain supply should improve as most of the time their products are not stacked at all and forklift operator is not on site all the time.

Parking: Plenty of parking with easy access from road.

Gas: There is no BJs gas here

Shopping: Only 2 checkout lanes are available most of the time. Easier to use self checkout lanes. Weekends gets crowded like other wholesale stores.

Great store and person surrounding , thanks to Beisean and Darnell for their service in Jan end, I had to travel nexts day and goods that I ordered online somehow was out of stock or misplaced , They both understood the situation properly and arranged my stuffs late evening that day almost closing time. Great place for grocery and food.

Great deals all around. The BJ'S brand is also good quality!

It's always a smart place to shop, during the day fewer check out lines, but good selection and prices.

Found what I needed. Good prices, ample parking, helpful staff.
