Natural Grocers

I like this store. The only weird thing about it is they set up a maze to get to the checkout counter and it's the strangest thing. It's very narrow. It's cluttered. I just wished it was more open and airy.

It's evident that the recent changes in staffing have had a positive impact on my visits here. Unlike other stores where I often find myself wandering aimlessly without any assistance, I appreciate that the staff here genuinely care and are proactive in asking if I need help. This makes it a pleasant stop on my way home after work.

We love to come here for our grocery essentials and more. The store is very clean and well organized with well stocked shelves. Produce are fresh and great quality. Employees are cheerful and helpful. On top of everything, prices are very competitive!

My favorite place to get produce, milk chocolate no added sugar, water refills , and much more. Employees are always kind and helpful.

I try my best to live a nontoxic lifestyle, and Natural Grocers makes that easier! When I first visited, I was genuinely so amazed at all the fantastic items available including many items that I previously could only find online. This is hands-down my favorite grocery store.

We absolutely LOVE this store. Their prices are very competitive and often times we find things cheaper here than in Sprouts or Central Market. They have a great vitamin section and there has been several things here we have not found at other stores. It’s clean, it’s stocked, and the workers are all friendly and have good recommendations. We are so glad to have this store in our community!

It was my first time in this store and Ayri, the cashier, was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back.

We generally love everything about this store! It’s small enough to make shopping quick and easy, but big enough to have most everything we need. The staff is always attentive and friendly, and they’re usually willing to go above and beyond to special order something that isn’t in stock.

Organic food, beauty products, and supplements. Staff is super helpful and happy to be there!

I enjoy the $2.50 free range eggs here. The staff are very welcoming. They always say hello to me. Their products are organic.

A nice little place to go to shop as an alternative to the other national chains. I'm surprised that there aren't more people in the store or cars in the parking lot. They have excellent values on breakfast staples like waffles, eggs and bacon. And once in a while - and you have to pay close attention to the dates - they have excellent deals on things like coconut water, chicken, chocolate. Yes, the list is pretty eccentric, but the point is that there's something there for everybody. If you haven't been there, I'd recommend at least one visit.

This had become a weekly shopping place for me. The store is not over whelming with products and have the best selections of organic items. I don't have to watch the signs bc everything is Organic. The produce is fresh and doesn't spoil before I use it in my weekly meal plans. The Naan bread is the perfect size for pizzas. The prices are comparable to the grocery store. The health section is quite extensive. I have to ask for help sometimes. Lol. And the staff are great and ready to help.

Exciting to see this chain spread through the DFW area, expanding from their Colorado roots. Went to this location on opening day and had a very nice conversation with one of the managers. He explained their commitment to high quality products, and their rigorous evaluation process before allowing something on the shelves.

The store in general is laid out in a very organized and clean manner, and is small enough to easily find what you need. Prices are very fair.

This should be an excellent addition to the community, I think that residents of Keller and the surrounding areas will be very receptive.

I love Natural grocer’s. This location is the best of them all. Ashton in produce runs a tight ship and is very insightful with all of my questions regarding her vegetables! Cashier’s are very slow but at least everyone is nice.

Not all Natural Grocers are created equal. This one carries the cereal that my husband likes and the one closer to my home does not. Boohoo!!

A huge thanks to Randy and Paul for their great customer service today. I drive past another location to frequent this store due to the staff here being genuinely friendly and courteous.
