This is how I fed my kids all the time. On a slim to none budget.

This is a good local grocery store in Arnold. It has a really nice seafood department and deli. The store is clean and the service is friendly. Lots of great deals here.

Always has what you need at any time. The store has a great bakery and overall good selection of foods, and it's in a great location.

Layout of Store is different than most to say the least. Good pricing and quality but aisle design needs overhaul in my opinion...? They do have great Customer service and A good Pharmacy,also...

The staff at the Starbucks is awesome! They are all so friendly and efficient. If they are out of something, they always try to make suggestions for different drinks. They are my favorite Starbucks crew! My only recommendation is that there are times when they need more staff. It is really difficult for them to keep up with the line when there is just one person working.

I love the deli here! It's such an amazing and welcoming environment. The Deli Manager, DJ, is the best! He has phenomenal customer service, knows how to prepare as well as display the food in an excellent manner, and has good conversations with me every time I go in there. Edward, who is always so friendly, also provides amazing customer service too; every time I come in, he greets me and is smiling. Give both of them raises and promotions! Thank you, DJ, Edward, and the rest of the Safeway Deli for being such hard-working and great people.

The Olney Theatre's production of Beauty and the Beast was magical! The set design was brilliant; the actors absolutely top notch; the music wonderful; and the ensemble tight. The theater itself is small enough that every seat is a good one. Front of house is open and modern and comfortable. Covid precautions made being at my first show in a year-and-a-half feel safe (though I did spend intermission outside). If you enjoy theatre it's a quality experience!

Safeway is a nice shopping experience located on Ritchie Highway in Arnold, Maryland. The florist is always beautiful for ever special occasion you can buy fresh flowers and chocolates. There are many selections of fruit and cheese platters. The deli has fresh salads and subs daily and Rotisserie Chicken. Lots of speciality cakes in the bakery and of course great selections of Carvel Ice Cream Cakes. A great place to fill your prescriptions while you shop. Very clean store. The cashiers are always friendly and efficient.

10/10 customer service in the bakery. I wish I caught the employee's name who assisted me because she is an all star! I have been calling around multiple Safeways looking for a Sesame Street birthday cake for my little girl. I was told they don't have any Sesame Street cake options by the Pasadena and Hanover locations. When I called the Arnold location she immediately looked up the options on the computer and described them to me. And after ordering she called me back and texted me pictures of another option she found after we got off of the phone. She was friendly, helpful and very professional. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make what was becoming a headache a very pleasant experience!

I love this place. Clean, pleasant staff, ample parking. And it's a little far from my house and I go there to shop!

The Safeway crew was on point even in all this chaos. Literally had everything we needed. All the employees were obviously tired but that’s expected due to the current outbreak. But on top of being tired every one was very nice. Upon walking in there was a boy sanitizing carts which I was impressed with knowing they are taking serious precautions you are all appreciated on my family’s behalf thank you!

Out of this world service. I had a last minute idea to throw a big party for my wife's birthday and the little cake I previously bought wasn't going to do. Stopped in at the bakery just to see if there was anything I could do and lady working the bakery threw a full sheet cake together for me and did an AMAZING job with it in less than 30 min. I rarely find customer service like this in chain stores or in Maryland in general!

I've been doing a lot of shopping here with the current covid19 issues. It's been very hard on these people working in the store just trying to keep up with the cleaning and stocking. I don't know how they keep such good spirits. Everyone it friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Very clean and friendly employees. The employees are very helpful if you ask questions and don’t have attitudes about customers asking questions like other places
(Walmart, sun valley geresbecks,etc) I would absolutely recommend this Safeway compared to other grocery stores.

This is one of my two most often frequent at stores. They have produce, mushrooms, kombucha and other liquid probiotics, a good deli section, lots of kinds of cheese, a large Meat section, a Starbucks up front, and a huge selection of gift cards. The other trials of course carry what you would expect in the way of boxed items. Sometimes you do have to wait a long time to get checked out. on the flip side if you need help with something heavy there is always someone there to lend a hand both in the store and at your car. There is plenty of parking. They also carry gluten free Fresh Soups which are delicious.

I used this Safeway as my florist for my wedding day. I worked with Jamie who was fantastic! She listened to my vision and came up with beautiful arrangements for the bouquets, corsages and boutonnières all for a very reasonable price! I would highly suggest Jamie for anyone considering flower arrangements for an event!
