The store is so clean and having the changing rooms open during school shopping time is a HUGE help/ convenience. Prices are a little high but great quality cloths! Wish they sold plus size in the Watertown store.

I had an issue with an online order. I didnt recieve one of my items that was listed on the invoice as delivered. After waiting 2 weeks to see if it was going to be delivered late and emailing customer support with no response, I came into the Watertown NY location. The manager Karen was extremely helpful and genuinely kind and caring. She went above and beyond to correct an issue that was basically not her problem or this locations issue. I am extremely grateful and honestly impressed with her customer service. I will continue to shop here and online because of her professionalism and customer service. Thank you Karen! I really appreciate everything you did!

Absolutely love shopping at Watertown Old Navy! Staff is always friendly and very helpful. My last cashier Keith, was quick and friendly. I signed up for and Old Navy Credit Card and he was very knowledgable about all of the perks and details. Luis and Krista were also both very helpful! Will absolutely be returning.

There is always a lot to choose from and always on sale. Got 45 dollars off with my coupons, then another 40 percent off. Workers very helpful.
