Phenomenal Customer Service

I would like to highlight the phenomenal customer service that I received from Jelena and Bri at the Aldo Annapolis store located at 2002 Annapolis Mall. Annapolis, MD 21401. I went in to look for some shoes for an event that I will be attending tonight. Both Aldo representatives were very attentive to my needs as a customer. Jelena should be a trainer for other Aldo store managers, here professionalism, appearance and demeanor is unmatched! Bri was also extremely helpful and I appreciate the assistance that she provided. She definitely should be recognized as well by the corporate management. I actually purchased a pair of dress shoes. I was impressed with the way that both ladies engaged each person who walked in for assistance while taking care of the customers trying on shoes. They were both polite and courteous! I will definitely return to this Aldo location for all of my dress and casual shoes. I have 7 pair and look forward to purchasing more because of the comfort and style that they provide. Thanks for allowing me to share this positive experience!

This is definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Danielle is just the best associate you can ever imagine, she was super positive, friendly, professional and helpful! The store was pretty busy, but she managed to give attention to everyone and also help someone on the phone. I would love to come in again probably just because of her! She will definitely make your day!

I just bought sum shoes from there and I can't stop wearing them I got them on my feet right now in I'm in bed so great shoes love it great employee who helped me out today thank you so much great job ☺ everybody else u must go up ther to buy sum shoes trust me 😊

I was in this location yesterday, I didn't buy anything because the sales associate judged me by the way I was dressed. They had a nice selection, and I had planned on walking out with shoes but I didn't because I felt judged by the way I looked.

Got to the store at 4:35pm on a Saturday and saw this sign. Literally the worse shopping experience I’ve ever experienced!!!! Shop somewhere else, don’t waste your money.

Came from Baltimore to come to this store. Got here at 5:10 for the worker to wave me down and tell me they are closed even though it says you guys close at 8pm… can someone let me know the times I could come??

Came Monday morning at 9am when they are listed as open on google . Waited till 9:30am, and the lights are on but nobody is there. Clearly someone needs to get fired based on these reviews it’s very common.

10:50 store is closed, google is showing the store is open.
