I used this pharmacy to get a couple vaccinations and it was clear from the moment I got there that the pharmacy is understaffed. Everyone working behind the counter was hustling.

There was an issue with my insurance card and it would have been really easy to just send me away and tell me to come back later or sort it out myself, but they wrassled with my insurance people to get it sorted out for me. Special shoutout to Stacy, who was solving problems left and right for people in order to get them on their way with everything they came for. Thank you!!

I want to thank Regina, the pharmacist at this Walgreens for going out of her way to help us!!! She was so caring and amazing!!! We were traveling to Canada with our 12 year old granddaughter and found out at on the way that our granddaughter needed a negative rapid covid test to be able to cross the border. We reached out to several health departments and pharmacies (which caused several hours of delay) for a last minute test and Regina was the one to help us get what we needed!! She was extremely busy, as well as her other staff, but she helped us (several times), to get registered for their drive through testing. Our boat wouldn’t fit through the drive through so she had us come inside and took our granddaughter in a private room and tested ger! We sincerely can’t thank her enough!!! ❤

I went to load my Debit card and I was successful!

I had some last minute Christmas shopping, like on Christmas Eve at 10 pm (oops) and they were the only store open so I stopped in, did my shopping, and checked out. The store was clean, organized, and had good selection of everything. Even though it was late on Christmas Eve, the cashier was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation whilst checking out. Sadly I don’t remember her name but props to her for being so nice. She also put in this like coupon deal code or something to save me money. Overall really happy with the experience. Thanks!

Went in the store on 1/21/2019 to get some cold sore medicine. The price said save $3 with card. Went up to the check out lane, the lady didn’t know anything about it. I told her don’t worry about it because she had a line behind me.

So I went to the spot where it was at. Spoke to the assignment manager Sheldon. I informed him that I paid the wrong price for this item. He noticed that and corrected the issue for me.

Costumer service was very good.

My wife went to pick up my daughter's prescription, was told that it would be a half hour to an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes with no call, I went to pick it up. There was a long wait.

The tech was friendly. I could see back in their work station and it was obviously that they were completely slammed with business. The tech told me that it was still being processed (translation: they hadn't started yet). She went back and got the medication, took it to the pharmacist (who signed off on it), mixed it, and had it for me in about 5 minutes.

She didn't have to do that. I'm sure their typical process is FIFO, and they were clearly working hard with a large volume of prescriptions. I can see that a lot of other people get frustrated, but I really appreciated the fact that, despite a volume-related delay, they made an effort to take care of me.

Candice and Nivida saved me tonight. I was about to be without an incredibly important medication and they both pulled a rabbit out of a hat. They are both amazing workers. I hope this message is seen and recognized for true hero's work. I thank them both from the bottom of my heart. It's hard to find people in customer service that were as kind and helpul as they are sometimes.

The people at the photo center are super helpful. I wanted to print a passport photo that I took with my dslr camera and they helped me adjust the colors so it would print right. They even printed samples and made sure I was completely satisfied with my photo. This is great service for getting good quality photos. I recommend going here for photos and prints.

Mr.Eric at the pharmacy is awesome! Very knowledgeable and a great person in his shoes. Thank you for the information and time today.

I went there to have my flu shot and the phamarcy staff is friendly and accomadating. I also a little shopping while I was there and was able to find the stuff I was looking for.

Always friendly staff! Never had any issues with getting items I've needed including pharmacy items and photo items!
