Everything was in order and easy to see the items on the shelf. Very neat and put together store. Enjoy shopping in thid cvs, great customer service. Very friendly.....

We live nearby so we frequent this CVS & after we leave, I always note that this CVS is the gem of Swissvale. It is 100% because of the people that work there - they are all so friendly, personable, and welcoming. You know how sometimes you feel like you're annoying the workers at a CVS location by being there? Well not at this CVS! They always make it seem like they are glad you are there. Do I wish they sold bread? Yes, absolutely. But - the employees more than make-up for having to stop at a second location for bread.

This store is wonderful they deliver great customer service to the customers they make sure what you came in there for was takih care of. The greet you at the door when you walk in.

Friendly and helpful staff, the pharmacy staff are especially helpful and have actually saved me quite a bit of money!

Swissvale store is adequate. I only go there to pickup specific items for friend that can not be obtained elsewhere. I personally resent that the Wilkinsburg CVS was closed. I can only get to Swissvale store when I borrow a car, bus route is ridiculous.

I live only a few miles away from this location and from stopping by maybe a dozen times whenever I needed something small, I've had only good experiences. Store is a bit old-fashioned, but that's not a big deal. Always seem to have good prices as well. Stop by if you need something.

I just left $70 worth of products lying on the shelves and walked out after one of the female employees rudely asked me if I planned on buying something because they were closed. Instead of approaching me a few moments before closing and saying something politely, she showed her lack of manners and common courtesy by basically kicking me out after closing up and locking me in. When I told her that I wished they would have told me they were closing she said, "Our hours are on the door!", and shut it behind me. I wasn't standing next to the door staring at the hours - I was trying to shop for a few things before heading home and I was simply unaware of the time. I understand that she has probably had a long day also and was just wanting to go home, but that was no excuse for her attitude. I wasn't rude to her and I wasn't being difficult so I was taken aback at the way she approached me to begin with. I've worked in customer service a long time, and that is NOT how you treat a customer under any circumstances. I will be contacting the manager as soon as possible and will also be contacting headquarters about her poor attitude. I won't be going back to this CVS either.

It's incompetence and unprofessionalism had a terrible marriage and an even worse child that child would be CVS on Church Street.
It all began on a sweltering hot summer day in the country like town of Swissvale. I was warned months prior to stay away from this specific CVS due to scrutinous eyes of over the hill pharmacist and bougie pencil like pharmacy techs. I felt that I could handle them I could handle anything. Well it seems they turned pettiness into an art form. According to corporate the lead pharmacist has been reported to other separate times for being unprofessional abruptly irrational and taking pharmaceutical red tape personally both to her and the patient. I agree the behavior changed completely over there. They made my visit seem like I was a prisoner trying to get some illegal narcotic when I never even was on any narcotics.
Bottom line, Go to the next pharmacy.

They are letting a crazy psychopath ( black hair orangish skin ) now hides it with make up she steals from cvs. Stold tons 2 yrs ago. Robs disabled sr citizens . Tells cops they are crazy when reported so " don't pay any attention" if you want make up, tell her, she will get and sell it cheap stolen from cvs. She listens at doors,if she thinks you are asleep will open your deadbolt. Has a partner, a male. They watch, tip each other. Cops know She has multi personalities, be very careful!! A psychopath . They open ANY deadbolt and any mailbox.

After receiving a text message saying my RX was ready, I drive to this store at 4PM only to walk in to find the pharmacy closed. Nothing posted anywhere, and behind the locked gate I see 2 people working back there who say “we’re closed the rest of the day” - not the first time that the pharmacy (at this location) was closed when the posted hours say the pharmacy is open. Store manager said that I could go to another CVS if I needed it today - which means more time/gas to drive to Monroeville and wait while they fill it. So I asked for a number to file a complaint. Another waste of time calling corporate - again I’m told that I could drive 10 miles to another location. I explain that I don’t want that inconvenience, what about delivery? Oh, delivery has an extra charge that we won’t waive. Maybe if CVS hadn’t closed the Wilkinsburg and McKeesport stores, this one wouldn’t be so overwhelmed & maybe the pharmacy employees would come to work.

They filled a script of mine but when I picked it up the entire bottle was powder! They refuse to fill it when I got upset n said loudly it was their fault the pharmacist hung up on me! Worst pharmacy ever!
