Kroger

My wife ordered a cake online to be picked up today. It's my son's 9th birthday. I went in and the lady at the bakery could not find it. I showed her the order on my phone. She was so awesome, she said "give me 20 minutes and I'll make it for you"! I wish I got her name it was 10:20 am 1/14/2024. She didn't have to do that, she could of said "sorry it's not here". Thank you so much! You are genuinely a very good person

This is probably the best Kroger I've ever been to. I love how big is it and how spacious all the aisles are. We also found a couple of delicious hidden jets. My local kroger isn't bad, but it could fit inside this place 3 times. The store and bathrooms were very clean.

Great selection of specialty foods! I follow a gluten free, dairy free diet and it is sometimes hard to find a grocery store to accommodate me. This store had many options and many were even organic! Very clean and organized as well. I would highly recommend them even if you have to drive an extra mile.

The Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Items on sale were in stock. Great experience, today. 😊

I placed an order for a 6 foot sub and they had it all ready before my puck up time. I was so.impressed.

I was so glad to see the Starbucks inside Kroger’s on 26 mile was open. I had great service and the barista Melissa was a joy to talk to. She did a great job on making my coffee. The coffee was HOT and fresh!!! Keep up the good work Melissa , you made my day!

Really good store only issue is to many times there Customer Service area is close due to short staff. I have a problem with that seems like they would have fixed that problem.

This is my favorite Kroger! I drive over 10 miles (passing 4 other Kroger’s) to shop here. Best produce, great selection of bread and groceries. Store is clean looking and smells clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Gas price is cheapest around. This is my go-to Kroger, hands-down.

One of the best Kroger's I've been to. Great selection, clean store, helpful and friendly employees. The clothing is subpar, but that's not why you go to Kroger's in the first place. The Credit Union in the store is fantastic as well.

Always love shopping at Kroger when in town. I now live in SW MI and wish there were some out there. Used the scan and shop thing today and it was awesome! Sushi was delish, and can't wait to try one of their meal from the produce section!

Click list capabilities and a fuel point gas station. This store is a gem. Always clean and never slammed like the 21 and card location. I drive the extra 9 minutes just to shop here.

Kroger well stocked with my favorite products. The selection of natural and organic foods is great.

Clean and friendly. Large variety of food, pop, deli, cheeses, bread selection. I enjoy going here when bored.

By far the best Kroger I have ever been to. It is extremely big and has just about anything you could want to buy. They also have a Starbucks, sushi place, and a burrito bowl station. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for shopping.

Always great produce, meat dept. Is terrific and bathrooms are clean. Great prices and if you sign up for a Kroger card you can get a discount on your gas.
