Been to this location about a handful of times now and I’ve never been disappointed! I actually drive a little bit out of my way because I’ve become so partial to this location. I went in today for an upgrade on my iPhone. Samuel T was the associate who tended to me. Everyone at this location has always been friendly and professional. I've been very happy with Verizon in general, but I'll always make the trip to this store from now on. This place will take great care of you whoever you work with, especially Frank! You never know what you might be missing out on on your plans, didn't realize I could easily afford to upgrade so much so soon!

I went in to upgrade my phone and the customer service rep Louis was amazing! He was very detailed in his descriptions along with comparisons of phones. He was honest with costs to me and he was just so darn nice!

He wasn’t only nice with me but with other customers coming in. He greeted them and told them an expected time they would be assisted.

He was very patient while giving me my demo of my new phone and all of my questions.

There is an authorized Verizon dealer around the corner from me but I choose to drive out of my way to this Verizon because customer service is always top notch!

Usually my experience at cel phone stores is horrible, but a friend of mine recommended this specific location so I gave it a try. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked into the door, which is always nice. I didn't have to wait to be helped. I was having issues with my iPhone 7 and needed a new phone. The store manager quickly helped me, gave me several options, both iPhone and non iPhone. She thoroughly explained the features of each phone. I was also very satisfied with the selection of accessories they had in the store. I walked out with a new iPhone, case and a screen protector on my phone, which I might add was put on perfectly! Thank you so much you guys! You're awesome! I'll definitely be back for my sons phone.
