In search of shoes for a wedding & found the perfect style.
I typically wear a 9.5 but only a 9 was available. I planned to purchase the 9 but I asked at the counter about availability of 9.5 & without hesitation, the clerk searched online, found my size & offered to order it & ship it directly to my home at no extra cost.
She ordered & they arrived with 3 days. They were a perfect fit.
Note: (I did purchase the 9 just incase there was a problem with delivery time & was able to return the store purchased pair with no problem once the online pair arrived)

Plenty of parking. Not a crowded store to be in choosing shoes. Very good selection of top notch brand name items. You and family will come out with a smile on your face. I got worked up try to choose a pair shoes from their selection. Foot doctor suggested certain brands to get and this store carries the four brands perferd by foot doctors.

In the store the other day just browsing. Did not find anything but was asked by the manager (she said her name was Lora) if I needed help or if she could help me with something. I have not had this level of service in quite some time and it was so nice to be acknowledged and helped. I will be back when I am in the area!

I absolutely LOVE DSW!! I swear, everytime I go into this store, the shoe selection gets better and better!! Same thing with the prices!! When some of the stores started to open on the 15th of May, 2020 (phase yellow) ....I HAD to go shoe shopping!! I was so impressed with their CDC guidelines on how they had a system for everything!! And the staff was so helpful!! But the BEST part was that I got 3 pairs of Summer shoes/sandels for under $60!!! AMAZING!! TOTALLY MADE MY WEEK!!! I LOVE MY NEW SHOES! ❤

Came in here with my girlfriend on Black Friday. Great selection and staff is doing a great job. Steve who was greeting customers up from was especially awesome

Always find good shoes at good prices. Worth signing up for their loyalty program. They give points, plus good coupons.
