My experience at South Hills Kia was excellent. From start to finish, every aspect was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. My salesman Shawn was fun and very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as its technology and made sure to guide me through every step. The finance manager made sure I understood everything I was reading and answered all of my questions, he even kept me company while my salesman was helping to clean my new vehicle. Worked with Sean, was looking for a specific Seltos. Called him and said we wanted to come look at it, he had it ready! He was great!!!! Once I bought the car he took all the time I needed to go over EVERY option there was in the car, there’s a lot of them! He made us comfortable and made sure we knew that if we needed anything from now until the end of the car, he would be there. It was a nice experience, no pushing and going back and forth. LOVE my car!!

Very smooth process in purchasing a new vehicle. They were very fair regarding the price and trade in value. The sales consultant, John Folger, was very knowledgeable, friendly and incredible in assisting us with our purchase. Highly recommend asking for John to assist you. Upon pick up, he spent a considerable amount of time helping set up some of the features in the car.

John approached me and was not one bit pushy but very engaging! His personality was top notch! I told him that I had been to several other lots that day and he was THE FIRST person to speak to me at any of them. I looked at a few cars with him picked the one I wanted. Easy peasy!!! We were in and out. Mary in the finance department was super sweet too- explained everything... not one bit pushy! 10/10 highly recommended getting a vehicle from them!!!

Had to have my Kia Sorento inspected, oil change and my nitrogen tires were also low. My husband was greeted by Jim in the service department - car was immediately taken to be serviced. I had called ahead to schedule an appointment to look at a used car. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by another sales agent who showed me where I could sit to wait on the salesman I had previously spoken to. My salesman, Shawn, was very friendly and we had some good conversation while we went for a test drive. The sales team was willing to work with me on price which was nice! The dealer went through the vehicle and agreed to replace any wear items that were at 50% or less life at no additional cost. Financing and the paperwork was a breeze and Joey was very funny and helpful. Overall a fantastic buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle with great service from friendly people! Ask for Shawn!

Quick service on my recall. My service Rep was top notch and had some good information on an issue I had addressed in the past with 2 other people with no resolution. My ride to and back from work was excellent the driver was safe and courteous, great conversation.

My experience with South Hills Kia was great. The sales person did a wonderful job of getting us into the vehicle we wanted and answered all of our questions. She did a great job of touring us through the different departments of the dealership and introducing us to the key people in each. The delivery process for when we closed the deal was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience.

My salesman Eddie was so professional, helpful and engaged! He showed me several vehicles, taking the time to explain the benefits of each, and even stayed 45 minutes after closing time to complete the sale! The process was fast, efficient and I absolutely love my new ride! Top notch!

I've been going to this dealership for years and never received the quality of service I got this last time. Kayla from service was amazing. Didn't know there was a shuttle service provided when I've sat there many times before. She helped me tremendously, quite an asset to the dealership. First time I also got a complimentary car wash. Can't complain.

Didnt like the Kayla auto phone appointment maker which couldn't get me inspected till 2/12. As I had been out of town, and uninspected, I called Leigh-Ann, my salesgirl, and she got me in quickly. I had a wonderful ride home and back via the shuttle with Jeff, the driver, who couldn't have been any nicer. My phone fell out of my pocket on the way back which I didn't discover until later that evening. I called Kia the next day and they tracked it down in 20 minutes. Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation were free and I'm 5☆'s happy with my day at South Hills Kia.
