One of the better Macy's in the area. It's very tidy, the parking lot is very well laid out, and it's a pretty decent size. At times it seems like it's a little understaffed.

Overall if you need something nice and you need it relatively quickly this is a great way to get it. I would recommend this location.

Has always been a great place to shop. Selection is good and the sales are great. The order online and pick up in store works well. There aren't as many employees working the floor and registers like there once was but still more cashiers than most stores.

My daughter and I were out looking for prom shoes and stopped a few places in South hills. She found a bunch of cute shoes that came down to these and the Steve Maddens. We went with the bows 👍 the sales person couldn't have been a more pleasant and sweet younger girl with braids. Absolutely catered to my daughter and it was noticed and appreciated. Fairly priced and super well made . The straps are super sturdy and thick. While she waited I looked at All the sells and they have such a variety. Will return!

But the store is fun - so much to look at - the store is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Easy returns too.

This unit is located in South Hills Village Mall. Very well stocked, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Three floors of high quality products from various manufacturers. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Handicap accessible parking as well.

Macy’s is a big store has a first and second floor.
When you come in the first door, they are doing Toys “R” Us which is cool toys for tots. Everything is on sale at this moment which I love you could find great deals.
Especially in the jewelry area, you could talk them a bargain, all the staff and Macy’s is very helpful and friendly.

Found a beautiful Citizens ecowatch for a great price. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and took out the extra links for me. Everything was great!

Recently I ordered sheets from Macy's, I received the wrong color .I returned them got them taken off my bill, went to the Linen department to look for my color , I found them , but wanted grey and they were available. I proceeded to check out but they were charging me full price, Sally the cashier called a manger for me, a very very very nice gentleman named Roman, told him my situation, that I ordered on line , got wrong color , but got them for 72.06, they wanted to charge me $170, Roman was so kind he worked his magic, and I got them for the sale price , I have never been treated so well, Roman goes above and beyond and has respect and treats customers with respect, I can't say enough good things about him , he truly deserves some type of bonus for quality customer service. To preface this review, I am not an avid shopper and I do not enjoy it much. The evening I went to Macy's I did not have my wonderful Wife with me to give fashion guidance. Lost, confused, and in need of help, I finally stumbled upon the men's dress clothes area. There was a wedding coming up and I was in need of some sharp clothes! There were employees and customers everywhere and it looked frantic. I assumed I was in for a rough experience because I truly needed some educated opinions on what to purchase and what I should be looking for. There's no way I was going to get the time of day to make an informed purchase.

And then, along came Daryll! I was greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. I instantly felt comfortable even though I was out of my element. Daryll asked what my goals were with my visit and was able to direct me with ease. He knew this section like the back of his hand. I never felt like I was being oversold or misled even though I expressed how naive I was to men's dress clothes. I took all of Daryll's suggestions and ran with them because of how educated and professional he was! While he was helping me, many other customers would stop by just to say hi to him. That's when I knew he was the man!

Seriously, whether you are getting dressed up for the first time, looking to add some flare into your wardrobe, or wear dressier apparel everyday but need a change, go see Daryll at Macy's in South Hills Village!

VERY IMPORTANT - I DID NOT KNOW THIS - THERE ARE TWO FLOORS, ONE PER GENDER. FLOOR 1 IS MEN’S AND FLOOR 2 IS WOMEN’S.

The merchandise is wonderfully displayed, it’s a very clean environment (some sections have a wondrous smell to them as you may come to expect in a 21st century department store), and their customer service is phenomenal. Brandon and Daryl helped me find the perfect outfit to get engaged in, and hooked me up with an excellent deal. Men’s dress shoes with memory foam in black at $40 MSRP just didn’t seem that realistic to me for some reason lol.

3 floors store, large and it potentially has pretty much everything you might need. There a pretty large Macy's backstage that you should check out to shop the trending items at an affordable price. The shoes section is a big disappointing but I personally don't buy shoes at Macy's so it wasn't important to me. There are restrooms at every floor along with customer service and checkout counters. The staff leaves you alone unless you need them which is nice so you can roam around without feeling pressured. I went on a Wednesday around lunch and it was pretty empty which was nice.

Very clean and in order, great staff always ready to help.
