I had taken my car in for inspection and routine maintenance and my service advisor was professional, polite, and thorough. He communicated with me throughout the process and explained anything that was recommended or required. My car was ready for pick up earlier than I requested which was wonderful. Along with my service advisor Josh, the service manager Zach was exceptional. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive customer experience!

I had an annual inspection for my 2023 Honda Pilot last week, and it was a pleasant experience. The whole process took about one hour, and my car was washed after the service. The price is reasonable and environment is good, I wait there for my car being serviced while checking my emails. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will go there for future service again.

We stepped in the store at 5:30 pm and did an extensive driving test. We finished all the paperwork at 8:30, way beyond their office hours. The car was professionally cleaned and detailed. It was washed and filled with full tank before delivery. No made-up fees. Straightforward pricing. And great after-sale service. Most importantly, great people. I had a great experience at #1Cochran Honda. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of. They did everything to make my experience great. They showed me how to operate my HRV so I felt comfortable driving it home. They were very busy but made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my turn to check out. They were all very friendly and explained everything so I could understand the whole process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda vehicle.

Mike of sales and Kevin in finance were great to work with! I was able to do most of my communication through email and text so that I was not stuck on the phone all day during work when asking questions. The car is my 5th Honda and I love them! The sale process and approval was taken care of mostly before I walked in the door.

I was hesitant to try the service department after the recent acquisition, but I was more than impressed and satisfied with their work and communication. The video they send out by the technician prior to repairs, lets the customer actually see the problems before deciding on what repairs to proceed with. No bully tactics and everything is transparent.

Process was very smooth. Representatives are very courteous and were answering all the questions we asked and helped us to get the deal what we wished for!!

Only thing I don't like is there coffee machine is bit outdated😉. It could have been little bit better.

Outstanding sales team. Bought a new civic from them, and I was in touch with 7 other dealerships regarding the same make, model and year. #1 Cochran Honda South Hills was without question the best to work with. Each of the other dealers were either bad at communicating, played games/were deceptive, or some combination of the two.

There was absolutely none of that at #1 Cochran. They’re completely transparent and even offer a complete price breakdown for their vehicles online, which includes title, tax, fees, etc. Before you even set foot in the building, you know the grand total price of the car, and their prices were very reasonable. There were no surprises at any point in the process and everyone from the sales rep (Joann) to the finance manager (RJ) was wonderful to deal with.

The process was clear, efficient, and painless. If you’re in the market for a Honda, don’t go anywhere else.

This was the first time I have used #1 Cochran Honda since the acquisition of South Hills Honda. I found the people that I met with to be very helpful. Their service department never tries to push items that are not necessary as some other dealers do.
The service advisor even printed out a copy of my registration for me since I didn't have it in my car at the time.
It seems that the new ownership has kept the same standards that I like about this dealership. I will probably bring my non-Honda vehicle here for service also.

Great buying experience from Cochran Honda. Honest sale prices, transparent in conversation, and put up with my dad’s subtly rude comments with a smile. Michael Smith was a pleasure to work with and walked (and drove) me through the process for a simple to understand and finalize sale. I feel confident recommending their dealership over other some Honda dealers, and I’m very pleased with my new car. Plus their inventory was a step above others.

Greg was an excellent and thorough service advisor. He really listened to my needs concerning my vehicle and did what I was expecting. He didn't try to upsell me on things found on the vehicle he pointed them out through the video by technician and then contacted me about it. I appreciate the best service by them!

We recently purchased our third Honda vehicle from South Hills Honda now #1Cochran. We were pleasantly surprised to find all of the same staff that we had come to know still with the company after the transition to #1 Cochran. Our salesperson Joann, once again went out of her way to help ensure that we made an informed decision about our new vehicle purchase and ensuring that our new vehicle met all of our needs. It was also great to work with Jason and RJ again to make sure that we received the best deal possible. The entire process was smooth from start to finish with out ever feeling like we were being pushed, upsold or pressured. The transition to #1 Cochran provided us with even more added perks and benefits than before.
