Mad Mex

Heard about this place from a friend who lives in Pittsburgh and decided to make the 4 hr trip to experience The Gobblerito. I'm gonna cut to the chase here, this experience was worth every single mile and will be making this a new family holiday tradition. I'm sure their other food is equally fantastic 😊

Colette the bartender is always so great to see and she is wonderful to talk to. On top of her kind personality she is very good at her job, fast and efficient. I regularly come see her and I see she has other people that regularly see her as well. If you go to Mad Mex go sit at the bar and see her you won’t be disappointed!

In my personal opinion, the food was pretty bomb!!! Really enjoyed it!! Plenty of options to choose from!!

As a vegetarian, for the first time I was between sooo many things looked good. And the surprising, the food was very yummy - surpassed all of my expectations.

Got the chickpea chili burrito and chicken tinga burrito - both were very yummy. Got the 3-dip salsa and chips - also really flavorful and unique.

The staff was amazing!!! Upon entering, the staff greeted us with a big smile and seated us. Shoutout to Evan for serving us Friday night - he was really nice :)) and the manager was also extremely kind and nice.

Overall, highly recommend it :))

eatmoreburritos is the WiFi password. Great place for lunch, come early for better parking. or... You could come for dinner! Great place either way, lots of options, their tortilla soup is very good though portion wise could be larger. Wings, burritos, fajita's & quesadillas, it's all great tasting. During the warmer months you can eat on the back deck overlooking the lake. Beer selection is great, tons of IPA's, bottles, and on tap. If you sit at the bar make sure to ask for Katie, she is AWESOME!!!

Wonderful food, atmosphere and staff. We have family in town for the holidays - took them there and everyone enjoyed their food! Margaritas were amazing. Fresh real Latin food is so hard to find - I love MadMex.

This location has had a difficult time holding restaurants. Let's hope Mad Mex is here to stay. It's tucked behind most of the retail stores, buts it's well worth taking the time to discover this hidden gem. Great food, good service and mega variety! Vegan options as well as Gluten Free. Make sure you bring your appetite, 'cause the portions are very large!

Beautiful location spacious clean well lit with great service. Celebrated with a birthday burrito server was great. Happy hour was nice. We will be back

Mad Mex food never disappoints. Enjoyed the Mad Mex Bowl with farro, grilled corn, beef birria & all the toppings. But, mostly enjoyed a beautiful summer night overlooking the lake. Felt like a vacation getaway right off Route 19.

Delicious food! I had the California grilled salad with chicken and my friend had a burrito, definitely big! The atmosphere and service were perfect.

Great atmosphere that's only eclipsed by the great food. Wonderful setting, sit outside and watch the water flow past!

We had a great experience here last week. We went to celebrate our son's birthday and the service was great! Food was on time, hot and delicious and the drinks were awesome! Our experience was great. Excited for a nice evening to enjoy the deck/outdoor seating at this establishment.

These guys went above and beyond to make my Mom's 83rd birthday dinner delivery wonderful when no one could be there to celebrate with her. All I did was ask and these guys came through! On top of the great service, I heard her food was amazing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Another great experience at max Lex lakeside. In the past 2-3 years, it s been a bit of a roller coaster but they feel to be stable now. Food was good. Service was strong. And the atmosphere was excellent as expected.

So happy to have Mad Mex Lakeside back to its form!

Orion is an awesome bartender! It’s been a while since I’ve been there but I suggest people go there on the nights that she works!

I love MM. Their new Lakeside location is spectacular and always packed! Fresh food, but can take a little while to come out bc they're still new....and again....they're always packed. Loving the wing-o tacos right now, with the classic buffalo sauce. And the fried burrito dessert Saturday Style.

Always a great meal at Mad Mex, although the portion size seems to have shrunk a bit since my last visit. Can't beat that chicken Chimichanga though. The craft beer selection at this location was very nice as well. Our server, Logan, was very attentive too.
