I had a great experience all around. The customer service rep, I'm sorry as I forgot his name was wonderful in answering all my questions. I hot same day service from the plumber who was dispatched to my home, and completed the job while I was at work. The plumbing company that was dispatched was Presidio Plumbing in Tucson. The owner or manager (?) Bobby was great, and again, so was plumber who came out.

Initially the service we received from His & Hers Plumbing was not great. Elisa from Home Serve called and immediately got a new vendor, Ace Plumbing. The plumber assigned was great. Elisa stayed on top of our service call and she was fantastic. Elisa exceeded our expectations in handling our call.

After hearing that our plumbing problem was so bad that it would cost $21,000 to fix it, HomeServe sent Air Assurance, and the man had it fixed in 45 minutes. He was honest and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I signed up for this service.

HomeServe did an excellent job of taking care of us when we had a break in the water line that runs to the house. People on the phone were courteous and efficient. Communication and keeping in touch was excellent. In fact I told a friend about what happened and he asked for the name of the company which I happily provided. Thank you!

Worked with Candacey on my account through the 1-800 number and she was incredible. She deserves to be promoted! I can’t say enough about how appreciated I am of her.

She even had to call me back a separate day and we confirmed a time and she called me right then and picked up where we left off, wish all customer service help was as amazing as she is.

The plumber came out &unclogged our main line blockage, temporarily.
There is no clean out to the main line, so he ran a snake from the air gap, on top of the roof to the main line to clear it.
I only wish we could get the main line problem resolved by having the pipe replaced, since it happens periodically, when weeds get in to it somehow.
This would mean less calls for plumbers to clear out the problem & much less problems for us, having toilets back up & showers. Thank you for clearing the line, for now. By the way, the plumber, from Belsito Plumbing, was great. He came out on a Sunday, listened to what l told him, went on the roof, put his line down the air gap line & within 20 minutes, he was here & gone. That's Amazing. Unfortunately, l didn't even have time, to get his name. I commend him, for his professionalism.

HomeServe was great! I told them about my water back up issue in my basement. They had a plumber out the next day and was able to get everything fixed. Glad to have this service for my home.

Ser ice line warranties is very quick and efficient in getting a plumber. We approach that so much! Nathan, our plumber was fast to respond and had the issue fixed the same day!

It was a terribly cold day when my sewer line decided to back up. I was convinced I wouldn't see a plumber for days, as so many people were dealing with burst pipes. But, I received a call from the plumber within 90 minutes of my call and he was out there in the cold clearing the line before dark hit. I was so grateful and have been consistently pleased with the service I've received with this plan.

Plumber was pleasant, competent and quick. Explained everything that he was doing and answered every question. Will request ProMo Plumbing by name for any possible future service. I wish everyone was this good.

When I first called I had a very sweet lady helping me out & set up service right away. It was quick & easy. I have already left a rating of my experience. Brandon arrived within the designated time frame, notified me that he was on his way, took care of ( I am assuming, time will tell) the problem. He was very courteous and had no problem with me asking questions. He was answered my queries and offered additional information and advice. Overall, a fine experience.

The Service Line Warranty men were very courteous and prompt. They came the very next day after we called and did an outstanding job. So glad we had them.

The contractor sent out was very knowledgable, forthright and efficient. Let us know what future issues we may have due to water lines being PVC and not copper-saves us from being shocked later on. This insurance is worth every penny!

Discovered a leak, called HomeServe, the plumber came out within a couple of hours, fixed it in a little over an hour and it was done - I couldn’t believe it! Excellent service and very competent plumber.

After my initial call to Homeserve, I was contacted within 5 mins by a plumber. We set a date for 2 days later. The technician that showed up was professional, curteous & knowledgeable. The work was completed and I'm a happy customer.
