Buckle

I just want to say how amazing Starr was at the South Hills location. She was incredibly helpful and sweet. I don't particularly like shopping and she made my experience enjoyable. From someone who worked retail management for many years, that girl has just got "IT" and Buckle is lucky to have her! I will be shopping there more simply because of her.

I've been shopping Buckle for 5 years now all over the country. When I stopped into this Buckle I was astonished at how well I was treated. I didn't realize I had shown up 3 minutes before closing, probably because I was so upset about work and the fact that I was now going to have to be in town for 2 weeks and had no clothes. But when I stopped in and told the sales woman Jessica my problem she didn't hesitate to keep the store open later and help me find clothes for the 2 weeks. I even got a lesson on jeans that day and was informed that I wasn't a size 38 but in fact a size 34. She said it was something all guys do...think their Jean size is bigger than it is. 😆 her and max are officially the best and go above and beyond for all their guest so anyone looking for top notch service from a very professional staff, stop down to a buckle south hills and ask for jess.

I went to Buckle at South Hills village after (unfortunately) having a very bad customer service experience in the Morgantown, WV store. Casey greeted me, helped me look for the size and style jeans that would work for me. Even though it was not her store where I had a bad experience, Casey represented the franchise well when she apologized on behalf of the brand/franchise for my difficult shopping experience in Morgantown. I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was for me. Casey is an excellent store manager.

Amazing employees, great store, I highly recommend. Casey helped us with a problem with a shoe and was extremely polite, professional and really went above and beyond. WIth customer service being at an all-time low at most places I cannot thank Casey enough or recommend this store more.

The staff were so friendly. The first girl came up telling me that she loved my outfit, which made me feel really good about myself because women rarely compliment me. Anyway they helped me search out clothing and let me know sales that were going on.
