I love this store so much! The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. And there are so many candles to smell!! Plus lotions, hand soaps, body sprays, and room sprays. Everything smells so good! The prices can be a little high, so sign up for emails so you know when the sales are and then stock up!

Friendly, fast, and wide selection on $10 candle day! Great experience and customer service.

Bath & Body Works in Monroeville have all the beauty products necessary for your face your body your your eyes they are fully stocked with inventory for cosmetics and other amenities their prices are generally okay and their services is also okay

I order on line a lot but love going into the store. I get in more trouble in the store. Always friendly and helpful staff.

I absolutely love this store in particular. They have the most friendly and helpful staff that are always ready to give you great suggestions and answer any questions that you may have. I'm a frequent visitor, and I honestly can't wait for each trip I take to this store.

There is customer service and THEN there IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. This team is ALL about the customers having a great experience at the Monroeville location. Greeted by 2 reps just inside the door. Then asked if they could assist me in locating any item. She made suggestions on preferable scents for plug warmers when I mentioned the ambiance I was looking to have when I had guests. And the young man that helped at check out was just as informative and smiled the entire time of my transaction. A must go to destination for all of your bath, body and candle needs!

This is a great location and significantly better than the mall. For one the space is bigger and the folks working were very nice and helpful without being all over you.

I also like how they had a sink where you could try soaps and wash your hands as I had just came from Crumbl and my hands were very greasy and sticky from Crumbls undercooked cookies.

They also had a larger selection then the mall location and even scents which had been released earlier and no longer available online or at the mall which was great.

This is now my favorite BBW and will be the only BBW store I go to from now on.

Great body fragrances at inexpensive prices! They have a candle selection that beats most in fragrant candle companys just like their lotions & sprays! Men's collection is wonderful too.

I loveeee the fall scents they have came out with as well as their buy 3 get 1 free deal!!

Not too busy when we went. The girl working the register looked like she had just returned from being abducted by aliens lol. Kinda weird but whatever lol. Other two staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Spent more and bought more than I intended lol but ya know.

Oh I love this store was just there today and was there few days ago. Advice sign up for email alerts. Bath & Body Works always have deals and sometimes they're like one day deals. With signing up order email alerts you won't miss their deals. Plan to spend money. One of my favorite stores.

I had an amazing experience at the Monroeville store. Flora the associate was the most helpful girl I ever dealt with. I was only going to get 2 candles. $173 later, I'm the happiest I've been holiday shopping. I had 5 spinal surgeries and she helped to get several candles for me across the store for me.The cashier I think was Tina was amazing too. Very knowledgeable and happy ladies.

It was so nice to go back to Bath n Body at the Waterworks. The girl outside who greeted us was extremely sweet. The store was well stocked. I'm thrilled to have their soaps in my house and again!!

My favorite bath and body works location! They recognize me as I walk in the door, I feel appreciated as a customer. Always helpful. Convenient location since you don't have to go into a mall.
