Excellent customer service. Staff are very friendly, professional, and curious. I had work done on my Jeep Compass. The waiting room was comfortable and they have a nice coffee station ☺ Vending machines available and a little kids room. Took awhile for my car to be finished but I didn't mind the wait.

Great car buying experience with Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon and Christian!! As our current lease was nearing expiration, we started to explore the right suv fit for our family of 5. Christian was attentive, listened to our needs / must haves in a vehicle and kept in contact to ensure we’d find the right suv! An Infiniti qx80 caught our eye online, listed with another dealer. My experience at Jim Shorkey Jeep was amazing. My Sales Agent Jason Lape was very professional and outgoing. I came to him with a hard situation and he was very patient and did not give up. I came in looking at an older truck with high mileage and left with a newer truck with low low miles. I love the Shorkey Family as I have purchased multiple vehicles from different locations. Purchased a new 2023 Ram from Thom. They originally made me a ridiculous low ball offer for my vehicle and a low discount on a new one. But we sorted it all out, and it ended up being a very good deal. It’s a nice dealership and they have a nice selection of vehicles. You can’t blame them for trying to make a buck, that’s the American way. I would definitely shop there again and I recommend them if you’re looking for a new/used vehicle.

Working with Augustus Marino at Jim Shorkey Ram is always a great experience. I have been coming to him since about 2016 or so and will continue to for any of my vehicle needs. I highly recommend this dealership and very highly recommend Augustus as the salesman. I’d give more stars in my review if there were any!

I purchased a new Ram 3500, and the sale went great. There was a small hiccup with the financing, but that was quickly resolved. The truck was delivered to me dusty inside and in the engine bay, but I am picky. The dealership offered to run the truck through cleanup again, but I decided to do it myself. There is no better way to find defects in new vehicles than a thorough do it yourself cleaning. BTW none found.
This is now my second truck purchased from Roosevelt Carter (sales person), he is great guy to deal with. He makes sure everything is right and will answer all your questions.
Everyone I have talked to at Jim Shorkey is courteous and knowledgeable. Give them a call or stop by, I think you will like them, too.

I had the opportunity to work with Aj Mahoy & Thom Betz while purchasing my new Ford E350 Cutaway last week. We started the process at 9 AM on 1/5/24 while I was at home and had the vehicle in my driveway by 5 PM that day. By the way, this was the first day I started searching for my new business truck. All of the final paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership so my time spent wasn't very long when I arrived. Both of these guys were very informative throughout the process, especially when answering the detailed questions I had and getting the trade in value I was looking for out of my previous truck. I highly recommend working with these guys when purchasing through Jim Shorkey. Even if they can't help you "hands on", they will lead you in the right direction to get the right vehicle for you.

Had to buy a car after mine was totalled in a deer hit. Chris Rose was absolutely fantastic to work with, helping me to get a great car for a great price. He even went above and beyond to get the second key and cargo tonneau from the previous owner. The whole team were really nice to work with and very friendly. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

I came in for a routine inspection, walked the lot and asked a young man by the name of Jay a few questions about a car. He was super helpful not pushy and professional! Made buying my new car as easy as possible!

As an out of towner with a sunroof that wouldn't close I was a bit panicked but the people in the service department (Wes and the rest of the team) really treated me like gold! Got me in no problem and fixed my issue fast! Excellent fast and friendly is hard to find but these guys had it in spades. Can't thank them enough!!
