AT&T Store

The representative James, was very kind, understanding, quick to help, a good listener, he was very caring and handled my situation with care. I wish all transactions could be with a person just like James. We definitely need more of him in the world. Thank you James you were awesome!

Mike was great. He approached me as soon as I came in the door. He remembered talking to my mom on the phone which was nice because I didn’t have to go into much detail as to what I needed. He was knowledgeable and helped me get a better deal with there current promotions then I intended when first coming in. He got me in and out happily.

James made our switch from TMobile to AT&T easy. I highly recommend James and AT&T for your wireless service.

***DISCLAIMER: This is a 5 star review directly commenting on the employees that helped us, NOT AT&T.*** Due to AT&T messing up my grandfathers account, we had to visit this store two days in a row. The first day, we came in with an issue. That being said, I was fully prepared to be met with resistance. However, to my surprise, Kevin was very kind and understanding. He listened to our situation and helped us get to the root of the issue. My grandfather and I had to return the next day to finish the process. Kevin was busy with another customer, but kindly directed us to Payton, who was already in the process of greeting us. Payton showed us the same kindness and attentiveness Kevin did the previous day. They were both polite and just the right amount of conversational. As a business owner, I fully understand that Retail/customer service at any capacity is an art, and they both possess great skill. Kudos to the manager that had the sense to hire these bright young men.

Great service! Helped by answering all of my questions thoroughly. Helped me pick out a new phone and weigh out my options! I think James would make an excellent manager/supervisor as he was very thorough and professional throughout my time in the store.

I was looking for a phone/ watch combination to keep track of my health. Within just a couple of minutes, Michael Rack approached to help me. He was able to help me in a very timely manor.

Miracle mile store was a great store. It has been many since I have been in this store. They are not easy access for me now. Thrilled they are reopened after fire in adjacent store. These people were always helpful when they were the only AT&T I frequented.

Will probably go to this store when setting up friends' new phone. They will need personal attention in a less hectic environment, and I believe this store will be a good fit.

Steve assisted us today at the monroeville location. He was very helpful in getting our trade ins set. He was very attentive & was helping another customer at the same time. I appreciated that he took the time to assist us with our issue. I never received the trade in kits, & Steve made the process seamless. He was very kind to us as well as the other customers in the store. He was having a very busy day but managed to keep a smile kn his face! Thanks Steve!

Went in with a defective phone and Daryl helped me get a new phone. He attempted to transfer all my data from my phone that would no longer turn on. He did a great job. Recommend this store and rep.

Tried to add a second phone number to my phone. Did an online chat session followed by a phone call and they sent me a physical sim card instead of instructions on how to set up the esim. Stopped in the store yesterday and ended up speaking to Nel. Nel was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and got me straightened out with a new esim in no time at all. Thanks Nel!

They helped me with transferring data to my new phone. Excellent service!!

Daryl did a fantastic job helping upgrade my phone. He took the time to pair my new phone to my vehicle and also helped me set up my Bluetooth head set for my truck. Awesome job.

James at the AT&T in Monroeville. (Next to Anthony’s), he is the BEST! He does everything he can for you get best prices and helps you with everything and beyond. Stayed while all 12,000 of my pictures downloaded. I cannot say enough about him. And he helped my daughter also get her new phone. Thank you very much James

I visited the store location today after my contacts abruptly disappeared. Since a large part of my business is conducted via phone, I needed this rectified expeditiously. I was greeted by Zavier Stuvaints, a sales representative at the store. I expressed to him in the onset, that this unfortunately was not a sale for him; but, rather a technical issue. This did not change his disposition nor eagerness to assist. He started troubleshooting individually, and when he couldn't figure it out initially, he enlisted help from a co-worker Nel, who was able to guide him through some other avenues to find the contacts. We then ran into another stumbling block after that, but Zavier's tenacity prevailed, when my contacts finally started to pour back into my phone! I was ELATED! Thanks again Zavier, you were truly a lifesaver!

James was super helpful and attentive. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was very patient in helping me get a new phone & upgrade my plan. Would definitely come back again!

Had issues with phone Daryl helped me get my service restored. Came back with my husband phone and Steve was extremely helpful too.
