Workers were very helpful, even when I had to call another store to see if there was a chair available before placing an order and the girl there was extremely helpful. Nice that I could designate another person to pick up my item as well.

The Manager, Dixie is always cheerful, helpful and remembers my name each time I come in there. Will who serviced was as helpful and pleasant as Dixie. I believe you represent the Leadership above you and in closing please tell them to keep up the GREAT work.

Self-serve print, scan, and copy services are awesome and super easy. I also love the ability to send Fedex packages from the OfficeMax stores. If I do not have the shipping materials, they have them for purchase at decent prices. This is my favorite store of this type.

Office Max in Monroeville is the place to go for quality items at an affordable price. AND with Associates who assist to make the process productive and efficient! I highly recommend a visit.

Prices are a lot cheaper than amazon when you catch things on sale and things go on sale often. Laura at the register is very friendly. I see her all the time when I shop here and she is always very pleasant.

Called to make sure they had in stock the toner I needed. A very helpful young lady told me that they had a few. The price was great ($4.00 less than the competition). I received $6.00 in rewards for the empty cartridges that I returned. The young man who helped me was polite and new exactly where the toner I needed was in the store. Thank you Office Max.
