I went to Macy's to buy a new fragrance for myself. We had two people help me, and it was really appreciated. Will was especially knowledgeable and clearly loves fragrances. His skill and passion are hard to find in any field, and we were lucky to have his help and walk away with a fragrance I love.

I needed a new Laura Mercier Caviar Mascara so I stopped at the Dior counter to ask for directions to where it would be located if Macy's carried it. Darla was absolutely delightful and very knowledgeable. She explained she wasn't sure if they had it & advised Dior had 4 different mascaras she could show me. She walked me over to where the Laura Mercier would be if they had it & they did not. I explained to her how Mercier was the first mascara I'd used where I loved both the brush and formula. She brought me over to their mascaras and explained each one and the types of brushes. When I selected the one I wanted to try she gave me several different sample brushes to try out as well. I told her that Jadore is my perfume and she showed me the new fragrances they had, explained the bases i.e. water vs alcohol and gave me a few samples. She also told me about their upcoming make-up event. She was the absolute best and I will definitely be returning to try more of their products. I love this DiorShow mascara!

This Macy's franchisee is full of variety of brands. Whether it's Men's, Women's or kids, there is amazing clothing and other quality accessories available here. Staff is super friendly. Restrooms available. Awesome deals in every section. Overall a wonderful experience 👍👍

For Valentines Day, I purchased a particular perfume for my Wife, The Salesman asked, then Beautifully gift wrapped it!!! She doesn't even want to open the wrapping! LMAO🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Macy!

I had scheduled an appointment at Bobby Brown in Monroeville Mall Macy's for my daughter's wedding this past Saturday. I was running late as I was getting my hair done. I called and Hope told me I could still come. She did a fabulous job on me and made me feel like a queen!

Their perfume department and women's clothing always have exactly what I need.

I visited Macy's shoe department an older woman waited on me with dark hair thin she was the best ever they didn't have what I needed but she called around found that it could be delivered to my home and saw that I got the item I needed great customer service wish I had gotten her name so I could have mentioned it.

Barbara from shoes in Monroeville, Pa. and Holly from Fulfillment went above and beyond to help me with my order. They are exceptional employees.

They always have what I want in a lot of sizes, which is more than I can say for most places as a larger man.

Cant say enough about the employees at the jewelery department. They went above and beyond being helpful.
Only problem was wanted to open a charge and the guy who you talked to on the phone couldnt send a verification code to the cell phone. Asked if there was a different way such as call my phone or ask associate to look at the drivers license. His solution was to cancel our $2000 purchase. Ended up calling them back and talking to someone else explained the situation. She took care of it in 1 minute.

I was walking through because the escalator was being fixed in the Mall. I saw POLO! Was stuck! I spent $200 in 10 seconds and I will be back there!

I do very much enjoy shopping at Macy's. Their stores are still large in all departments. Sometimes can find some great sales. Store was clean and fairly organized.

I had great customer service at Macy's Monroeville beauty department. The sales lady by the name of Mamba, color matched me with Bobbi Brown foundation. I never wear make up, but now I do. I ended up buying more than what I went in for because of how comfortable she made me feel. She was very professional and very helpful. We need more sales people like her.

The stylist came and helped me out right away she helped me get a business suit for an event that was happening the next day I had super fun and she allowed my friend to participate with the choosing of the outfit It was wonderful experience

Macy's was very cool! Beautiful store, love the layout and the way it's Decorated! Lots of things in all departments on sale, found some great Items on sale 😀 the sales people were Fantastic in the way they treated me! I felt important to them the way a paying costumer should!!😉👍💖

I was there a week prior to buy men's cologne for Father's day and (Kelly) was so pleasant/helpful..she had ordered it online and told me to bring to store for gift wrapping, well she wasn't there but Sandy was there wasn't helpful at all at first but she eventually wrapped my box for me

Three associates assisted me in a gift for my husband. They informed men of promotions and acknowledged my foreign preference for perfume. Thanks so much, he loved it! I especially loved the full wrapping of the gift in a bow, that was special to me :) The Macys perfume team is ready for the holidays!
