A Must-Try Spot in Pittsburgh!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Primanti Brothers during my first trip to Pittsburgh, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience! This place is an absolute gem, and I can't recommend it enough.

The atmosphere at Primanti Brothers is casual and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat with friends or family. But let's talk about the food – it's out of this world! I tried their famous Reuben Sandwich on Rye, and it blew my mind. Picture this: grilled meat, melted cheese, coleslaw, tomato slices, and French fries all sandwiched between two thick slices of Italian bread. It's a flavor explosion with every bite!

What I love most about Primanti Brothers is the authenticity of their dishes. Each bite is packed with flavor, and you can tell that they take pride in using quality ingredients. Plus, the portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry.

I also want to give a special shout-out to my bartender (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately). She provided top-notch service, always with a smile and great recommendations. Her friendly demeanor really added to the overall experience.

If you're visiting Pittsburgh or even if you're a local looking for a delicious meal, do yourself a favor and stop by Primanti Brothers. Trust me, you won't regret it!

First off, my waitress and bartender Christina was so friendly and helpful all while making drinks 100 miles an hour. I've been to alot of bars and pubs, with amazing and professional bartenders. She was so fast and efficient. The other gals were friendly and good too, but Christina didn't go more than a second or two without grabbing a fresh glass or pouring, or mixing drinks.

My food was really well done. Quick service. Great savory quality. I added xorn beef and shaved turkey to my already loaded sandwich. I'm definitely coming back before I leave town. I returned 2 more times that weekend. Fantastic pizza!

After living in Pittsburgh for 6 years, this was my first time going. I had a great time, whoever was behind the bar is definitely the best bartender I've had in a while and my food was good.

I got the Pittsburger, Drunk Duck drink and Korean BBQ wings. Everything was great.

Corned beef sandwich is always a good choice. This one was absolutely perfect. Service was fast and friendly, and the beer was cold.

Everything was delicious, our waitress was friendly and accommodating. We love this location.

This is a place everyone talks about. Now I know why. Wow wow wow ! Huge sandwiches! Bring your appetite. The sandwich is well prepared. Different. Never had a sandwich with French fries in it .Hey , it works . Definitely making the sandwich experience a lot better . Fresh to order . If you love sandwiches 🥪. This is your place . Kristi did a great job, needed to wait 10 minutes for our other guests, but she kept up with drinks, and had our orders on table when all arrived

Needed to watch a football game on our way home from a Dr appointment in Pittsburgh. Stopped at Friday's and they didn't have the Big 10 network. Went to Primant Brothers. The not only had it but they put the game on the TV we sat in front of. The food was good and the service was fast.

Went to the one in Monroeville for my Birthday. There was a meet up with a group of people who attend the Dog Park on Jefferson Rd. in Penn Hills. Good food, had a drink, &, loved the Footage of the Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey 🏑🏒 Team on 1 of the TV's! All kinds of Vintage footage!

I got the seasonal sandwich with “Thanksgiving” type fixings in it and it was the bomb! The giant pretzel was also great.

I've been working in the vicinity and frequent this place often, after I knock off. The burgers are wicked good. The bartenders are awesome and it's a great atmosphere. I'll definitely miss this place when our work contract ends.

They are stepping up ship again, Dan is awesome and the crew is. Let the man do his thing and I swear this Pirmantis will come alive again give the man time food is flowing, the pizza is on point, drinks on point let him work his magic it’s getting good again

I went here with a large group.
The restaurant was accommodating but did have trouble dealing with this large of a group.
I had the Original Reuben and it was one of the best sandwiches that I’ve ever had!
However, there were others in our party that were less pleased with their choices.

T Is such an amazing worker. Every Wednesday me and my boys come in and we look forward to getting served by her. She always remembers what we get to drink our orders everything!!!! Truly an amazing person and so so happy to be served by the best! So grateful for her and her service! Would highly recommend going!

Stopped in for a snack. Had great service & food was good as well. Will definitely be back soon!

Primanti Bros. is a Pittsburgh place. Classic Primanti sandwiches and a long list of deliciously filling meals. You also get to interact with an energy-filled atmosphere. Once you're seated, you become a part of Pittsburgh Tradition. You'll come back. 10 out of 10

The food was great! The servings are very large. Our server was great. If we lived in the are we would definitely be back again.

We had a great lunch! I had never been to this Primanti’s before and it did not disappoint! Great food and friendly service by our waitress, Melissa! Tried the steak salad for the first time and it was a classic Pittsburgh style! Will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

I love the historical aspect of this place! The Primanti Brothers began making sandwiches from a cart for the workers during World War 2!

They even have the original sandwiches that they served all that time ago.

It's neat being able to go back in time and the sandwiches are absolutely amazing!!
