Levin Furniture and Mattress Monroeville

A sales clerk named Andrea worked with us and she is exceptional! We call the store looking for dimensions on various chest of drawers. We gave her the ones we were interested in. She answered our questions and when she had to check measurements, she said she would call back and she did!! We met her in the Monroeville store and she took us right to the one we picked out with her help and we bought it. We wanted to buy the floor model and she helped us with her manager who agreed. All in all, it was a terrific experience thanks to Andrea!!!

Bought a new sectional from Levin's on 2/24/2024. Was very pleased with the selections they had. I know we will absolutely love the new sectional when it arrives. Elaine was fantastic to work with. She listened to what our needs were and directed us to the different sectionals that she thought we may like.

My family has always bought from Levin in Monroeville, so when I needed a new couch, me and my boyfriend stopped in for their 4th of July sale. Katherine (Kat) helped us throughout our whole process & made it as smooth as possible! She was very knowledgeable, very attentive to our concerns, and helped us pick out our perfect couch in our price range & that fit our living space perfectly! She was absolutely wonderful. John also helped us and he was also very attentive and answered all of our questions!

Our couch was also ready for pickup a few weeks earlier than anticipated, so that was great! We couldn’t wait to get our new Lindyn 2-Piece Sectional. It’s been almost 3 months now and it’s still in phenomenal condition. I’ll be doing all of my furniture shopping at Levin from now on & recommend the Monroeville location to all of my friends!

I had the best experience buying my new sectional. I worked With Sandra Mcateer, She was so helpful and patient and very Knowledgeable. I explained to her what I was looking for and the size I needed, Because the sectional needed to be customized to my measurements. I ended up getting not only my custom sectional, but also coffee table and end table. It was a pleasure working with her. I will definitely be asking for Sandra for any future furniture needs. We started our search for furniture at Levin’s and even though we’ve bought from them before, decided to also check out the other area stores. We ended up back at Levin’s and had the pleasure of being helped by Margaret Thompson in the Monroeville store. My husband and I were having a hard time deciding on the same living room set. Margaret informed us of options in changing fabrics and colors. Having a profession guide us through our search and able to answer all of questions and concerns made a world of difference. Our time with Andrea was a breeze. She was patient, insightful and very efficient. She made the furniture purchasing experience enjoyable! The showroom was clean and bright. Anyone else we encountered was also very friendly and willing to help.

Always a positive experience with Levin. Have bought from them in the past and will buy from them again. Our purchase was handled by Tina Cooper. She did a fantastic job. She made some recommendations and let us look around. We came to a decision and finalized everything quickly. No issues and hassle.

I really wanna this sectional, my order was canceled from Coleman furniture without actually talking to me about the order. I was searching for the sectional, one of my friends mentioned to me that she got her sectional from there. I went in yesterday and Kevin was very helpful. I haven't received my full refund back. I decided once I got my refund back I will head to Levin furniture. I text Kevin and told him that I wanted that sectional. Kevin was a great help and was really nice and professional. My experience at Levin was great! Kevin was our sales rep and he was very personable and knowledgeable about all the furniture I was interested in looking at. He was also helpful but not pushy during the selection process. I found a great set for my family room. Can’t wait to enjoy it in my home!

Levin kept me updated on the status of my order. The delivery person called when he was 10 minutes away. The people who delivered and assembled my furniture were very polite and worked quickly. The furniture is beautiful!!!!

EVERY single person we had the pleasure of meeting at this Levins, could not have been friendlier. Our salesperson, Andrea, listened carefully to our needs and astounded us with her knowledge of practically everything item in the store and where it was located. We felt we had been blessed with our own personal interior decorator… who we now call friend.

Sandy was super helpful but not overbearing. She let us browse at our leisure but checked in periodically and answered all questions immediately. She made ordering from home once I’d made my decision a breeze. Great quality furniture and huge selection.
