Dave was so helpful. I drive one hour to get here but my supplies had not arrived. He is shipping them for free to me to get to my place by tomorrow!

Cindy was absolutely phenomenal and conducted the best customer experience I have had in a retail commercial setting. I was looking for an obscure part that was not found in the database. Cindy went out of their way to call multiple departments to try and find the exact piece that I was looking for. Unfortunately we were unable to locate what I was looking for, however the service was absolutely still greatly appreciated. Hopefully in the future Grainger will carry a Gravlock Coupler (used to attach NPS one and a half barrel to a girder/ beam @90')

Was nervous going in because I had no idea what I needed. The helped me out, explained it, and were totally cool about it. Five stars.

WARNING DON'T GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD. I had to buy work boots from them, my company has a contract with them for first $150 my company, i was told they had a big selection that the voucher would cover the full amount, there wasn't any that was covered by the voucher amount, so I had to make a copay of $15 after the voucher and company contract discount. I took them over an 2 hours to find the company info so i could get my boots that i needed for that day, the copay posted to my card that day, but then several days later they made an unauthorized charge to my card for the full cost of the boots again. Currently in dispute with the multiple unauthorized charges they have made to my card.

They don't stock thermostat wire and want me to wait 2 business days for a roll.
