Went in to look at new gaming PCs. An associate named ryan went above and beyond to educate me on the PC that would best fit me. He went through each specification explained them to me and even suggested some things that he’s done to his own PC. Will definitely be back to buy my PC from here. Thanks Ryan!

Best Buy has always been my go to store for electronics , But this last visit I also had the best customer service Ever! Brian Gilfoyle is an asset to your company,( I asked his last name so I could make sure he was recognized) . He is so professional and kind.

Best employees here at Best Buy they are very knowledgeable people when it comes to electronics. They will take time with you and explain everything and give suggestions on what best suitable needs. And they will answer all your questions. Make sure you understand the product or products that you are purchasing. I highly recommend going to Best Buy Ford yield electronic needs.

Was looking for a MiniUSB cord. I walked in, was greeted, and directed to the proper counter. A sales associate was paged to meet me. He inspected my device and made my selection. He went even further by taking me to the desk to try/demonstrate the cord. It was there he taught me "miniUSB."

I was pleased with the superior service by both men. Made the purchase and was quickly on my way.

Seems like a nice Best Buy, went here to check out laptops and there was a variety to look at and test out and specs were made easily available.

Good deals, great lay out, good parking lot. The people that work there are definitely busy so if you can't find a store associate, the greeter at the front can help you get whatever you're looking for. Everyone was friendly. Good deals on iPads!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. We were just window shopping but in every department had someone ask if we needed help without being pushy. The selection was very good and the store was neat and clean.

They helped me pick out a good TV that I am now in love with and return one that quit working within 1 month of buying it. The Customer service was great and really helpful as well. When I called the customer service line to let them know I was coming to return the tv I was on hold for 25 minutes. That was the only down fall

This was a curbside pickup visit. We didn't have to wait more than 10 mins. Considering this was during "black Friday", I'd say this was more than acceptable. The employee that brought our items was very friendly and helpful also.

Took my laptop in for diagnostic testing. The Geek Squad agent was very helpful and understood the problem. My laptop had to remain at the store for extensive diagnostic testing.

A backed-up what they sell. I took my computer back, where the warranty expired to get fixed. Soho in shipping to get it fix it was dropped and broken. They gave me a new computer that was brand-new the other one was 4 years old. They didn't have to do that. I'm by all my stuff there
