Merchandise Outlet

They get a lot of new merchandise daily. It was clear and not crowded. I found several items that I have been looking for at a reasonable price.

Always has interesting stuff at good prices. From seasonal items to boxes of English tea.

This is the store to find great deals. I always walk out with things I didn't know I needed. The staff is so friendly. I love how they like what they are doing and ask if you need help. I don't write reviews often but this is my favorite store in TC. I come here just to window shop sometimes because of the staff and great finds. Oh.. window shopping never actually happens. I always find a bag or cart full of stuff.

All of the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. But this review i want to recognize Abigail. She always goes out of her way to make every experience I have there feel welcoming and inviting. I've been in the customer service industry for over 25 years, and when you stumble upon someone who truly impresses you, that person should be recognized and appreciated.

I absolutely love working at merchandise outlet! I can’t tell you the last time I actually enjoyed going to work but all the ladies I work with are amazing! Norma (store manager) is the most amazing and understanding woman and goes above and beyond her title! She is always open to feedback and suggestions! I always enjoy stopping in here. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the items are always of the latest trends. Victoria, at the Traverse location was delightful in assisting me today! Always a good experience.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Merchandise Outlet. Everyone is so nice and helpful!! My grandson dropped my keys the other day. I was in a panic. Several employees helped to look for !! One of the ladies found them! Excellent customer!!+

I am tempted not to say how AMAZING the Merchandise Outlet is because I want it all to myself :) JK but seriously, if you like STUFF and DEALS this is the place for you! Tons of cheap overstock from Amazon, etc. They have everything, from garden supplies, to smart light bulbs, to trampolines.

Lol. I love this place. You never know what your going to find here. If you see something you want but your on the fence about it, you better just get it, because it won't be there the next time go there. And you never see the same stuff twice. Some things are priced per average, some thing's are priced far below average. The clothes alone are worth checking out. There is some very interesting things there.
