The Bill Marsh dealership is truly excellent. I would especially like to compliment the service department. I brought my former car there for regular maintenance and occasional repairs. I always got quick, efficient service and the knowledgeable service team were pleasant and helpful always. Brent my sales agent for my new car was terrific and easy to work with. He assessed my needs and recommended the perfect car. All the paperwork was done easily and he spent lots of time with me to help orient me to the new car. There is no question that I will work exclusively with Bill Marsh in the future.

My husband and I have been coming back to Bill Marsh for a reason, the service we receive is outstanding! For over 15 years we've only worked with Eric Cram for our sales because he understands us, finds a vehicle that fits our need, and we love his personality. The service department is accommodating and we love to walk in to a place where they know us by name.

Took a vehicle into get an oil change. Short wait. Did not try to push to hard on "extra" items (up-selling). Very fast friendly service. Very friendly to Public services. My company often uses this place for theoil changes in the trucks.

He is incredible at his job he is not pushy and did an excellent job at finding us the exact vehicles we wanted and was always quick to answer our questions we had for him. We have purchased/leased four vehicles from Bill Marsh since 2015. Our first two transactions were leasing an Enclave knowing our kids would be graduating and moving our within that time frame. In 2021 we wanted to purchase a vehicle and were looking for something more like a sedan. Since this was not an option with Buick, we purchased an Envision. When we read that Buick was releasing the Envista, we put in a custom order. Mark Blazok was helpful from the start of the process, keeping us updated on the status of our car as it was manufacturer and delivered to the US. Once the vehicle was here, he helped us get the best financing and took care of all necessary steps. As always, it's a great experience working with Bill Marsh and their highly qualified employees.

Everyone was very nice. I did have to fill my tire all weekend because when it was fixed the second time the plug still leaked. So I wasted probably 10 bucks in quarters getting air over the weekend to make it to when u could replace it. It would have been nice to be offered a rental or something. But over all my tire is fixed. Thank u
