JP Gibson from Team Bob's was wonderful! He took care of my furnace problem in the best way ever. I needed a new part, and he put in the time to make sure that I got the best price possible. Furnace is working great! I would recommend Team Bob's to everyone!

We got Team Bob's to replace an old water heater with a tankless water heater and it was a job well done.
From the communication to the installation everything went smoothly and utilization of space to run the plumbing and electrical was such a delight. We are looking forward to enjoying a new experience in hot water usage.
By redoing the plumbing and electrical work in that area, it now opens up the space to easily install a water softener. Can't thank them enough and will look forward to hiring them again for another project.

Justin arrived promptly at expected time and assessed the best way to access and protect our flooring to bring the water heater into our lower level. He wore booties or used tarps to protect our carpeting from outside elements (snow/Slush). Installation was completed in a timely fashion and left the area clean of any packing or installation debris. He ensured that any air in the system was bled out and ongoing operating instructions were clearly communicated. He was professional and friendly to deal with and handled the installation in an outstanding manner. Overall my interaction with Team Bob was Top Notch and I would highly recommend their services. Besides Justin, Dana in their upfront estimating group was also a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service! I called a bunch of places because of the emergency situation we have in the house and team bob is the fastest to respond to my call . Chris knows really well on what he does. He was the only one to inform me to call DTE to shut off our gas because of the leak. He came to fix the problem as soon as he could and went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them for such an excellent job and customer service.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Two days ago I called Team Bob as a new customer. Cathy made scheduling effortless and pleasant. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Yesterday Dave came to my home and took care of a combination of problems with my home furnace that were causing it to overheat and shut off. He also was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed everything, making sure to explain exactly what the issues were and how he repaired them. He also gave me some great advice about furnace filters, how to fix the venting on my water heater, and even how to grow asparagus. Absolutely the best! We will be using Team Bob again, and we will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

With one week before we leave for Florida our hot water heater died. We contacted Team Bob’s and within a day we had a new hot water installed. Chris was our installer and he was great!! I was very favorably impressed with Tyler's knowledge and skills as he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Tyler's communication skills are also very good as he explained and answered my questions. A very personable young man. He is a solid asset and company representative for Team Bob!

Team Bob’s was outstanding from the first contact. Patrick, the salesperson, was quick to reply to my post first visit questions. Just excellent responsiveness at every turn! Great communication! I received a text and an email stating the team would arrive at 8 am on the appointed day. They arrived at 7:55 am. They were good humored, professional, worked steadily, did clean work and were open to my questions. Of all the contractors from whom we received bids, Team Bob’s was one of the highest bids but for many reasons—responsiveness being one of them—we decided to hire them and I’m very glad we did. The only negative was dealing with the financing subcontractor which was NOT a positive experience. Quite poor actually. Obviously it wasn’t a deal breaker for us and an experience we differentiated from Team Bob’s with whom we could not be happier.

Adam Degan did an excellent job with my plumbing repair. He arrived when scheduled, assessed and repaired the broken connection, cleaned up after his work and was gone within 30 minutes of arrival. I would highly recommend Bob’s for fast and professional residential plumbing repair.

Team Bobs has been GREAT! From needing a new AC to helping figure out our thermostat was defective. Vinny was very professional and a pleasure to have in the home trouble shooting our no heat situation. I was also impressed with the knowledge, and Sunshine disposition of Mark. These two employees represented Team Bobs above and beyond and while I didn't catch the dispatchers name she too deserves high praise for her compassion to our situation. I highly recommend Team Bobs for all your heating and cooling needs.

Team Bob’s was able to get an advisor out and give a quote to replace my old water heater and they were able to send out an installer that same afternoon. The installer did a fine job.
