Menards

I see they have a horrible BBB page, and mixed reviews on here but I've had only positive experiences so far. I gladly drive out of the way to shop there when they have their rebate going.
I go in for lumber and come out with lumber and pizza. That's pretty convenient...as long as you're not looking for health food.

My first-ever visit to Menards, and it did not disappoint. We were looking for a patio screen door that could not be found at Lowe's or Home Depot. Excellent price point and good customer service. We will be back!

TC location Garret was so helpful tonight. Helped us load very heavy bathroom vanity and toilet and would not take the tip we offered him so please give him a raise or giant xmas tip.

Robert, in the paint dept, is thE BEST. I would have some pretty ridiculous shades of paint on my walls without his guidance.
Thom, in flooring, is basically my go to guy for all my remodeling questions. And they don't make you feel silly for asking questions!

I love coming here the store has everything that I need, any tools that I can think of for any project I got going on, any project I want to have in the future! To completely redo, make create a deck, spruce up and landscape my yard. Fix my home, build my home, lots of toys for the kids. lots of electronics, everything I need all in one spot including food! Menards garden center is phenomenal the best assortment of flowers, bushes trees shrubs, beautifully laid out experience and knowledgeable team. Workers are great assortment beautiful I’m glad I came here.

Never had any issues with this store in my many years of being here. The staff is very well educated on item locations and can almost always lead you in the right direction. The cashiers are always super friendly and quick to get you out the door!

First time in Menards and was really impressed with the quality, quanity and customer friendly service. Cant wait for my husband to visit with me the next time. One stop shop.

Great customer service, was shopping for a patio umbrella, decided to shop all three TC big box stores and Menards had by far the best selection and display. A nice young lady, Lori helped me with lots of info and also showed me a very cool light for under the umbrella, really nice shopping experience, keep up the good work!

Great selection for home improvement items, decent prices. Much of the time you can get an 11% rebate in the mail, which comes in handy on your next visit.

Lots of products, and friendly staff. Love this place!

It brought some fencing and the 2 gentlemen. That help me were very helpful. And they even threw an extra pieces in to fix the fence.

I decided to create my own hanging baskets this year but had no idea how to do so. Becky in the garden center was SO helpful! In between many people requesting her help and advise, she aided me in deciding on plants that would work well together in a basket. With her positive attitude and ready smile she made an experience that could have been stressful a true pleasure. Thank you, Becky!

Great place and employee’s.

I've always had great experiences at Menard's. Today was no different. The cashiers are always the nicest people. And i always find great deals.

Big, nice selection. I was pleasantly surprised to see full throttles in a case of 8 for only 10$. Great selection of lighting fixtures. Early August and they have their Halloween decorations already. Beat black Friday place to shop. Everyone organized and polite on the most chaotix day of the year. Very convenient to have work related food there as well like energy drinks by the case and very large bags of chips. I do wish there was more indoor furniture available. The one in Mount pleasant even had couches.

Staff was great. Guided me in the right direction and Tim at the customer service counter was awesome. Got in and out with my lumber in record time despite not being familiar with the place. Customer pick up staff was also super helpful guiding me around.

My first time in a Menards. I was greeted by numerous employees asking if I needed help and escorted to the section of the store containing my merchandise. Will be back.

Very rewarding experience! I ordered my deck materials from a "shopping list". Kevin was extremely helpful and placed my orders.
Dakota, a new lumber yard employee was most helpful helping me stack the lumber.
I found him pleasant and kind.
