I've been going to this TOMS since moving to Traverse City in 2011. I've always had a good experience here. Joe is a legend of the Cashiers as well. Great fella. Toms wouldn't be the Tom's without his presence.

What a fun grocery store. They have everything you'll need and then some. Friendly staff and self checkout make it a great stop.

It's a little smaller grocery store but I look for that. I was AMAZED at the friendliness of the cashier. When I said I was new in town, she gave me a quick run down of services that I could take advantage of. I am not easily amazed.

I stop here on the way home from work often and the place is clean, stocked, and not real busy. No waits in line, or pressure to "self checkout" or wait a half hour for a human being (like other grocery stores)!!! I really dislike the way stores are forcing people that don't have a half day to self checkout

This has been my primary grocery store since 1994. I love the wide aisles, the cleanliness, the friendly helpful staff. If I buy a lot of groceries, they load them in my car for me. The prices are good. It is a "feel good " place to shop.

Been my primary go-to Grocery throughout this pandemic. Nearly 100% of the guests are wearing masks, along with the staff. The carts are sanitized and the aisles are spacious and allow for social distancing. And the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I feel safe shopping here and am proud of the job they are doing.

I went into Tom’s this morning. I have used Tom’s for a lot of years. I always get what I need and want! I always get awesome help if I need it. But today was totally 💯 % even better. Thank you everyone

I hadn't been to Tom's 14th Street in months since it is on the other side of the city. The fresh fruit and vegetable section is great and I found exactly what I needed. The cashier was friendly. I liked that I could drive up and they put the bags in my vehicle.

Tom's at 14th and Division has been our "go to" grocery store for over 40 years. It is locally owned, immaculately clean, well stocked, and provides caring personal service. That's my take, and I'm sticking to it.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The workers, from cashiers to managers, are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this store. One of my favorite places to shop.

Clean well stocked with friendly staff and unsurpassed customer service. They bag your groceries! And load your car! The customer not expected to provide free labor. I love this store.

Excellent service the employees are super friendly and willing to help with whatever you need and they also have a nice deli selection of chicken and sandwiches all kinds of good hot or cold lunch options for nice and cheap!

Toms grocery store is a beautifuly organized and well staffed. Some things tend to be a little more expensive than big box stores, but the customer service and the experience is worth the extra expense.
