Meijer

High volume, full service grocery store. Comparable to Walmart for the Grand Traverse area. Butcher, bakery, deli, beer wine liquor, housewares, clothing, abd pharmacy on site. Savings through the M card. Traditional checkout and self checkout options. My friend who is local says he can save money shopping there monthly. However, it is a busy place at peak hours with full parking lot in the front. Park toward the Silver lake exit.

I stopped by here when I was visiting for work. The store had lots of sales and clearance items available.

They had a big Christmas selection. I was able to get a few things.

They also had local souvenirs a lot cheaper than the other stores around the corner.

They had lots of self checkouts and an employee on site to assist you. I saw other cashiers available.

If I was a local this would be my one stop shop.

I went to this meijer's they had beautifully decorated cakes. It was Halloween so I was loving the Tin Man back in the deli section. I didn't walk the whole store I was able to get what I wanted and get out. Then I also return bottles, the store was nice and clean.

Had to get some food for the week and take I. A few bottles . The worker in the bottle department was a sweet heart. And did a fine job cleaning up never seen it look better. And the store was well stocked . And clean

I come here over anywhere else. I know how stressful returns can be, I did it for years at home depot. But the ladies are willing to work with me when they can. Sometimes I get a good laugh out of them. I wish you the best through the rough holiday season. I know how stressful it can be. Thank you for all your help!

I had to stop in after a late flight . out of state to buy toiletries (because I forgot my toiletry bag at home) right before closing time. I had a very short time to find everything I needed. The staff members were SO HELPFUL, one even suggesting specific brands and products. I greatly appreciated the help and kindness, especially after a very stressful travel ordeal.

Helluva supermarket / superstore.! Michigan laws allow liquor in there too, so YOWZA, a true " one stop shop '. I love the shopping carts too. Comeplety modern and perfect sized unless you have 8 kids at home, then use two!

This store is very huge. It is very clean and organized. Very many selections to pick from. Prices are reasonable. This Meijer workers are very nice and productive.

They seem to have gotten back to normal after the remodel. Haven't spotted any rotten meat there lately

The self checkout cashiers (if you need them) were very nice. They helped me right away with a friendly smile. I love shopping at Meijer.

Amazing store, Heads and shoulders above Walmart. They are a one-stop, and shop that has everything from a pharmacy, to a deli and bakery, clothing and pet supplies, and everything in between. Their sushi is pretty good and made fresh right in front of you. Also, the liquor department is top notch. The employees are all very helpful and cheerful , also!! Definitely recommend.

The store is redone so it is hard to get what I need right away. Saw two stray cats outside at around 12am on Nov 10th 2023. Thinking about seeing if they are stray or owned. I don't think I have the space to take care of two cats, especially if they are feral. BE very careful when driving around during night hours.

If you have a Tesla you can fast charge your car while you shop. They have wonderful ready made food that's tasty (healthy options available) and ready to go. Huge selection of everything under one roof.

One of the largest Meijer stores I've been in. Very clean, friendly & knowledgeable staff and wide open aisles. Produce was very fresh.

UPDATE: This flagship store has undergone an amazing renovation from 2022-2023 and it looks fantastic! Congrats to all involved, what was already great is now even better. <3

My favorite store on the planet: the Meijer in Traverse City! Everything I could possibly want - from Golden Swiss chard to a kayak and all things in between - at truly phenomenal prices. My friends and family back home in Florida are envious of my reports about how milk costs 2/3 less, I can get fresh spinach, blueberries, cherries and so on for under $1.75 (regular price!) in the produce department and the quality is top notch. Fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts for reg $1.19/lb, on sale for $.99/lb?! Meijer is crazy good on affordability. Clean, well lit, spacious aisles and easy-to navigate floorplan. Extensive frozen food department...same with Dairy, Produce, Bakery, Meat and every other possible Department you can think of. They always have plenty of registers open so even during peak times checking out doesn't take long. You can earn "MPerks" - the store loyalty program - and the customer service people throughout the store are always friendly and interested in helping answer any questions or point you in the right direction for an item. I hope someday Meijer will open a store in Jacksonville, Florida! :)

Very nice store, well stocked with lots of selection. I really liked the cell phone and drink holders in the cart.

The newly renovated Meijer is really nice. It's a beautiful store. It's huge! They have a great selection, but because it's so popular, they sometimes run out of things and don't get them back in stock for long periods. They have a nice, large can return room and nice machines. They have really great produce too. The new design is very aesthetically pleasing.

The upgrade is amazing the store looks great lots of new things added a plant area which I love sad to see the fish go there's not very many places that carry fish anymore so it was nice to have the option overall love it
