The store is relatively clean and organized the staff is friendly and whiling to help when needed

This store focuses on getting people quickly to and through the register. I really appreciate it. Staff are friendly and professional. This store is always clean, shelves are always full of product, and my experience their is consistently positive. Finally - for sake of convenience, the fact that I can count on there always being fresh bananas is a real bonus! Not kidding about the bananas.

Holiday gas station is a regular morning stop for me when I am heading into work. All the staff are friendly, and selections are as expected for a gas station/convenience store.

i love the west bay store and the people who work there.the people that work there are very kind and very helpful.they work hard and have a great connection with their customers.its a very clean store and it has a wide veriety of all kinds of goodys....all that said aside,,im a litl worried about the people that work there rite now during these very scary times.i feel they should be a litl more protected from this virus..i feel like their lives arnt worth a candy bar and a 5 hour energy drink.i feel they should be protected and valued as human being that could possibly get sick and die.i feel it should be pay at the pump rite now and not worry about selling candy bars and coffee.if these people worked for me ,i would value their lives to the fullest and keep them out of harms way...maybe think about putting a slide window in.that way they could stil shop but not have to come into the store.just an idea..incase something like this ever happns again.these people have children and family members that they take care of.they take care of your store,they should be taking care of as well!!..west bay holiday store is a great store.it has great people that work there and i love the huge veriety of goodies that you carry!!

Frequented by most of the cabs at night. Always friendly and ready to help. Coffee is always fresh, car wash, vacuums, everything you need at a gas station.
