I got a lot of clothes here for an Angel Tree boy and they were reasonably priced (Black Friday sale). I tried to get the jacket in person because the online app was giving me a fit, however, they wouldn't honor that sale so I had to keep trying. Finally it worked! Great looking clothes for the sale price!

I just left old navy and needed to post a review in what I encounter. I almost gave it three stars with someone that didn't smile nor took the time to help me find what I was looking for. Raven made it 5 stars with her smile, personality, and took the time to help me in what I was looking for. I appreciated her making feel I wasn't a bother. Customer service= Raven. Thank you. 🙂

We were greeted at the door and asked if we needed assistance once we started shopping. Friendly experience and reasonable checkout time.

Customer service was amazing. The deals were amazing as well. Spent a good bit of time shopping around for our son and our selves. Associates were attentive to detail and the cashier was very patient with us and even tho we were asked if we wanted to sign up for a store card for a discount on the purchase,. She let us wait until everything was rung up before we decided. Very satisfied with our visit.

Enjoyed shopping in the store. Didn't plan on finding as many gifts as I did. The selections were very good. Everyone liked their gifts. I even found me something very nice for the winter.

I am a plus sized woman and I never shopped at Old Navy for the jeans only shirts. BUT OLD NAVY IS MY NEW CLOTHES SHOP!!!! BIGS GIRLS LIKE NICE JEANS TOO AND I AM HOOKED!! I purchased 1 pair got home and fit they GREAT then I returned the next day to get them in all colors. THANKS OLD NAVY!!

Best Old Navy experience ever ALL in part due to Whitney!! That says a lot because usually I am super critical and most retailers have associates working that could careless about customer service. Whitney went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely friendly and super sweet. She even helped me save a little bit of money, which helped me out tremendously on my $500 purchase!!

Oh my goodness. Yes, I Love this Old Navy Store full of nice jeans, Chico and Dixie pants. Destructive jeans that we love. Nice dress tops and shirts and dresses, skirts and nice t-shirts along with work out clothes to choose from. Jewelry, hats, undies, socks, etc... men's, womens, junior's, and children's. Very helpful, courteous, and friendly employees. Enjoy.

Harbison area location was very crowded and the store was in some dissaray from Christmas shopping. Every employee was friendly and helpful. They opened registers as soon as four people were on line.

Jason, the Assistant Manager, went out of his way to find my favorite pants. Always clean and easy to find stuff. Staff is super helpful. 🙌🏼
