Customer service was excellent picked up beds at loading dock. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Other companies could learn from there customer services.

My 12-year-old is graduating in 6th grade. The staff was sweet, and we found a beautiful dress.The bottom line is detailed,and the neck line with sparkes. Black dress is the dress code, and it is still beautiful.

Love JCPenny's, and loved the recent visit with Mary in the men's department,.!! She is just awesome, and took great care of us. Mary better watch out, wives every where are going to wonder why their husbands keep going to see "Mary".

You know JCPenney's you stood in be my favorite place back in the day they were really good as far as quality clothes but Columbia got it going on as far as the clothing so I've been shopping there lately this is my third or fourth visit and one thing I do like is for them to continue getting shoes for children that are flat heels make them to grown.

Really love shopping at this store. They have good quality items at a good price and the lady in the shoe department Cathy was really helpful and nice. Will definitely return

Great clothing designs when someones looking for nice evening wear I refer them here only downside is if your a bigger person the beautiful options are limited to smaller body form. There are so many nice things available always something new to see around the corner. These items also tend to much higher priced then expected however most clothing featured has a nice quality and is organized well enough to pick things out quickly if in a rush for an event.

Always great deals to be found here. Store is clean and organized. Gerry offers great customer service always! The only thing I wish that was still available is the ability to use the fitting rooms. Can make buying clothes a bit difficult but the return process is super easy.

JC Penny is awesome i love the sales they have and it seems like they are always having a sale which is amazing. Back to school shopping is much easier here. They have great products i love the arizona jeans for my husband and my son. They are durable classic looking jeans at a affordable price and i couldn't ask for more. I definitely leave this store feeling like i got my moneys worth. Other times when i leave a store i feel like i just got taken for a ride, hypnotized by pretty things lol and feel awful for spending to much money. But not at JC penny no matter how much i spend he $20, $150,$450 i leave feeling empowered like i just got the best deals and product that are going to far outlast what i spent to get them. Keep it up yall

Love this store. If you have a job that requires business casual or professional attire this is the spot to shop. They always have good sales, and huge selections. I wear plus size, and a lot of stores have a really limited selection for that - but there's quite a bit of women's plus size here. I can always find something cute here for a good price. The clothing from here doesn't fall apart after 1 wash like cheaper stores.

I really like Penneys. I saw some really pretty bedding while there today. However, I went in to pick up an online order. It was ready within a couple hours. I am pleased with the quality and price paid. I had to wait a minute in line but that's ok. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant and my transaction was quick. I plan to visit the store and website again.

I don’t go to JCPenney as often as I would like to but they are a good place to find affordable clothing and housewares. We take photos there at least once a year and to me- the photo department is this stores crowning jewel. If you need home decor- curtains, linens, pillows, towels...look no further. This store really does have something for everyone.

I was in the photo department today, and I must say that I was treated with such goodness.... Patti was helping them out today all the way from Greenville. If everyone at JC Penny's is as nice as her I will return.
