Really great customer service on top of the best prices and best selection of grills, in my opinion. I was hunting for a pellet grill & the deal at Lowes was better than Sam's or Costco!
A young man named Thyme helped & he was wonderful to deal with!

Came in with my wife to LOOK at appliances for our new home. No intention to buy. A employee, Eric, in appliances came by ud 4 times asking if we needed help. On the third time, we took his offer for help. He is invaluable to your business with his pleasant approach and knowledge. You need more employees like him.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Dwona in the self checkout line. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. It’s rare to find such outstanding people! Both Dwona and Belinda bent over backwards to make my experience excellent and they deserve a big fat raise and a bonus.

Ive made around 10 or so online orders in the last two weeks for a major remodel and most of the orders have been ready for pickup within just a few minutes I am impressed.

Lowes is always a great experience. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable associates. Amazing selection, great brands, a very trustworthy business.

I do mostly with the pro sales end of Lowe's and they've been good to me I recommend most anyone needing any home building supplies they can help you with any tasks

Just wanted to recognize an employee for exceptional service today. I was very frustrated by a previous purchase (weedeater) and pretty stressed out and ready to return the whole thing. The associate Bruce was amazing, very patient and even told me to bring the eater back and he would help me with my problem.. which he did. I ended up keeping the weedeater and gained more knowledge of how to work it. 5 star employee. Thanks Bruce!

Lucretia, who was overseeing the self-serve cash registers, was wonderful.
She helped me get the value off 2 old gift cards -- one had a nickel on it and the other $1.25!

I went in to my Local Lowe's Store on Harbison Blvd. in Columbia SC on Friday looking for prices on hot water heaters and I had a lot of questions. Rodney was available to help me, he spent approximately an hour with me helping me find what size I needed and all of the other items I needed. I then went back on Saturday and he once again spent almost an hour with me loading up my hot water heater and getting all of my accessories I needed. He went way above and beyond assisting me on both days.
We need more people to give that kind of customer service in the world. I had the best customer service I have ever received from Rodney!!

The last two times I went to Lowe's on Harbison Blvd I've had the best service. This has not always true with Lowe's.
If mgmt is doing something different Great. Either way I'll be back.

Adalia and Lacretia are the absolute best. These ladies where very patient with me whereas I didn't know exactly what I needed they where very respectful. I won't shop at any other home improvement store other than Lowes on Harbison. Thank you both for great customer service..

From the first young lady I spoke with, to the Appliance Clerk that obtained the desired part (Water Filter) it was very good. They were both extremely cordial and helpful to me and did their job expertly. This kind of service is what is needed for all businesses to rebound in this economic uncertainty and extended pandemic period. I spent around $60.00 but the service rendered was the same as if I'd spent thousands. Thank you Lowe's Team of Harbison, Columbia SC!

Sometimes they don't have what I came in to buy but I never leave empty handed. Ha ha!

Very easy store to work with. Online order and pick up is pretty quick once there and called in. Store is always well maintained and stocked. Staff is friendly. Two employees I always look for is Joe and Jill. They are the 2 most helpful employees in all the Lowes stores in the district in my opinion. They both go above and beyond their area to help satisfy you as a customer and ensure you get the product you were looking for. Very happy with my shopping experience thanks to them.
