I got off work today with the idea to purchase box cutters for myself and coworkers. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Miss Olivia.
Olivia was very helpful, pleasant, professional, and very helpful!
She assisted in finding out the amounts on my gift cards, and when I was ready to check out, Olivia was there to assist me with that as well!
Brent was also clutch in saving me time by showing me where the tools I needed were located.
Finally, at checkout, an associate named Veer gladly assisted me when there was a price discrepancy!
So between these 3 employees, I was greeted, assisted, and out the door in 5 minutes!
Thank you Home Depot for hiring professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff!

Absolutely awesome experience stopping at this location. Customer service at its best. I stopped in while visiting in the area and looking for a specific Halloween decoration. The staff went above and beyond to locate my item and help me get it in my small vehicle for transport back to Charleston. I never felt like I was bothering them as they genuinely wanted to help me get my item. I missed the name of the lady that was setting up the Halloween section but she stepped in and was awesome to work with I greatly appreciate it. I also have to recognize Rachel for thinking of the idea of breaking everything down to fit in my car, Nancy with securing my checkout, and Mike for dealing with the heat to make sure everything got in my cat securely and safely for my drive back home. Thanks again for the great service and experience.

Everyone is always very helpful and kind. Cashiers are very friendly. Nancy in paint was a lifesaver and helped us a ton, she definitely knows her stuff.

Good store super staff generally well stocked & tidy. Makes Weat Cola Lowe’s (not the Lowe’s on Harbison) look like a dump.

I must say that the Home Depot on Fernandina Road was some of the Best customer service that I believe I have had and superfast helpfulness was above and beyond polite and courteous. And one employee in the lumber section outstanding he went out of his way to help me find out what was going on and they were already on top of it I didn't have to pull anything myself I would give more stars if I could. Thanks to everybody for y'alls Excellent work today.

I just had the most pleasant delivery experience from Home Depot. Sarah from store number 1112 called me bright and early with the most cheerful attitude to tell me she was on her way. She arrived just when she said she would and was extremely helpful in placing this large pallet of building material where it would not hurt our grass. We even changed things around a few times to make it work and she was very patient with us. She also gave us great advice to determine a path to get the pallet where we needed it.

It’s good store good people lots of work good worker’s,always helpful and polite,the young lady in the tool rental was especially helpful tonight as I had to send a tool back for repairs to the manufacture,she made it effortless and seamless,all I had to do was listen and sign a few papers,she was awesome,made my sunday much more enjoyable being as I reallyy it didn’t want to have to have a tool I use for my Masonary jobs in for a repairs

Went to the paint section and was helped by an excellent employee named Arlene. She was helpful and professional. I highly recommend her !! Great job

On New Year’s Day, I drive to this store to find some paint for the base of an expensive lamp I am restoring. David, in the paint department, stopped what he was doing and took the time to explain the type of paint I needed, showed me the colors I could choose from, the style of paint (matte-ultra glossy) and prepared the paint after I finally picked a color. He went above and beyond and even though the store closed in 20 minutes, it was a holiday so most people were off, coupled with the fact that he had probably been there all day, he gave me 100% and never acted like it was a bother at all. Awesome Job. Thanks David and the rest of the Home Depot team.

Home Depot has so many great things to help you with many different projects

Good prices cheaper then Lowe's but lately I can have no materials from there and is not because they don't have is because no Buggies available for carrying materials is the third time can carry nothing

They had what I needed in stock and the Customer Service Counter Employees are the best. They were able to accommodate a somewhat strange request and followed it all the way to putting it in my truck.

Even if they seem short staffed, each employee that I encountered was helpful and courteous.

Bought a big tool box and when I came to pick it up the employees refused to let me help out it in my vehicle. Very friendly great service. Highly recommend shopping at Home Depot.

Went in here today and took me awhile to find what I was looking for I'm so use to the one I work at in Robbinsville NJ. I was going to get a piece of plywood but there wasn't anyone in lumber. So I walked around and I ran into the Assistant manager Trevor and he helped me find what I was looking for. He was a great help...

Hot dad central. 10/10. Also, their prices are always reasonable. Great plants. Love the Behr paint. Everyone is helpful and polite. Curbside is also a great option but not everything is available for curbside pickup for some reason.

This is a great place to shop for home improvement tools and supplies. The store is well-stocked and neat. Knowledgeable and friendly employees make it even better.
