Jeremiah greeted us at the door with so much kindness and then directed us exactly where we needed to go. When we checked out he also helped and just had the best customer service. He made our shopping experience one of the easiest and nicest times I've had at this location.

He was friendly and professional and helped me quicker and with confidence than any place I have been!!!

Went to the Columbian location shopping on Black Friday for a TV. Had to wait a bit because the store was a little busy and sales associate were scarce. I finally got assistant from Danny. He was very helpful and attentive the entire time. Had an issue with my card. Danny helped to get that figured out and was very patient with me. Once I finished my purchase he made sure I got my TV loaded and secured on the truck. I must say I received top notch service while at the store and a very positive shopping experience thanks to the awesome customer service I received from him. Make sure you ask for Danny when you visit the Columbian Best Buy!!!

After years of ineffective online technical support , I'm now convinced that technical support with a "real" person is best. My recent fantastic experience with the Best Buy Geek Squad technician Chris at the Best Buy on Harbison in Columbia SC is a perfect example. I needed to update the firmware on my Nikon P1000 camera and Nikon technical assistance was no help ! So I decided to see if the Geek squad could assist me. Promptly after arriving for my appointment Chris worked with me ,and solved the problem !! It was "a breath of fresh air" to work with someone who is patient, skilled and knows how to treat customers right !!!

Dec 2023, I think it was on the 21st or 22nd. I came into Best Buy on Harbison Boulevard Columbia South Carolina. I was looking for a PlayStation5. Team member Cai Heatley assisted me. To make a long story short, This young lady was awesome. She answered all of my and give me knowledge about the product I was buying. Her customer service was exceptional!

Best Best Buy in the area. There are a few of them around here, but this is the only one that has the Magnolia Room. Ask for Nathan Schaeffer, he knows his stuff, and will do his best to hook you up. He found me 2 pairs of ceiling speakers, 8" drivers, for $600, normal price $2000! What more could you ask for?

One of your employees (Jeremiah) helped us get headphones for my son for school. He spent a while showing us every detail and feature and was super nice. When arriving, I asked 3 employees who were talking at the front if they had Beats headphones. They said yes and just pointed out into the store. Jeremiah on the other hand came right to us and told us that they did not have a display out for them but her pulled them up on a tablet and showed which ones they had and in what color. He then went to the back to get them to show us. We ended up buying Sony and actually spending more money for them because they were worth it! And guess who rang us up? JEREMIAH!! I'm pretty sure this young man could run the whole store! A pay raise should be in place for him. They do not make young employees like that anymore, so when you have a good one, then you should do everything to keep them.

Came in to buy a watch and lucky for us we met Barry, the Samsung rep. He helped us choose the Samsung Frontier watch. This store has a Samsung section and a great camera section. The staff was helpful.

Have always loved this Best Buy and have frequented for years. Since when the used to have aisle upon aisle of cds. Came for a pair of headphones and the reps were more than helpful with deciding on the right pair for me.

Great energy from the workers and the area its located is amazing. So many other stores near by if you need other things that aren't at bestbuy.
