Staples

I think it’s great to print at Staples instead of buying my own printer and inks. The instructions were easy to follow. And I would make sure to select black-and-white and lower-quality paper for printing shipping labels. The price was good in that setting. I can drop off there. They have a large table for me to label my packages (I bring my own tape, but they sell tapes too). The staff there were friendly and did what they were supposed to do. No complaints. :)

One stop shop for all office /home office/school supply needs as well as Moving 📦 and packing items too. Staples has good quality computers and electronics..It’s very Well stocked and honestly very very well maintained store in NYC. staff was very helpful and they showed me how to operate the bog scanner. I had to urgently print/scan that’s how I landed here .(had to do it in 15 mins so couldn’t get home) . The home office furniture collection is awesome , they have very affordable and good quality office furniture like computer desk, height adjusting desk and computer chairs. On a side note you can make a spare key 🔑 also they have a machine

Amazing experience printing some urgent programs for a performance, and John was amazing! He went out of his way to help me, even when the formatting of the document was wrong on my end, he helped me find an app to correct it, and made sure I was well taken care of. I also witnessed him helping dozens of other people on a busy night with only a smile on his face! Everyone left happy. Highly recommend!

Susan was so awesome! I came in for a print job for menus to create for a special occasion, and she made the process so simple and everything came out perfect!

I spent 2 hours with the most wonderful, helpful, friendly sales person in the printing area. I didn't know how to download my huge file to make copies, and she/we finally did it. It was way above and beyond her call of duty. Fathema was the BEST!!!! She is def worth 10+stars!!! Barbara

Recently I had quite a large printing job to be done, - {three very thick three-ring-binder books.} The employee Dijon Virgo, helped me set up the whole project. He was terrific: detailed, kind, informed and very professional. The job was involved, - and somewhat expensive considering the various segments included. Also, the whole computer file had to be transferred to a computer "stick." Happily, an employees in the store was able to do the transference exactly when it was needed. The employee was also extremely patient and accommodating, more especially considering the fact that I had to have half the material transferred twice as a result of my own mistake. The job was done perfectly, - but... there were no holes punches! I was crest fallen. Time was of the essence. I had a definite timeline. The options were to do the whole job over again, -- do the hole punching myself, - or have the staff punch the holes when they had time. {Their work-load of very specific customer due dates is very large.} If they did the hole punching, there would need to be several days, at least for the job. Fortunately The Manger, Guelmi Mora, came to our attention and concern immediately. He was able to orchestrate his staff so that the particular details could be taken care of, and the ring-binders could be done in time. He personally did some of the punching, and I was given a date to pick up the completed job. As it turned out, it was ready earlier than expected, - and done impeccably. The paper they used was of highest quality, and all papers were in the order requested, and packed perfectly.
The other employees were also most generous and helpful. They were Andrew, and Eileen. Yes it took a village, - but it got done, - and better than I even expected.
It could have been a disaster. But my need was met because of the compassion and diligence of the print staff. I could not be more grateful.

I bought a laptop at Staples today with the help of Sean Kim. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He set my laptop up, answered my questions and gave me great suggestions. HE STAYED PAST HIS OUT TIME to make sure everything was working properly! If you’re planning to make a purchase at Staples, Sean should be your first stop!

The manager , Matibel, is extraordinary. She spent time and focus getting my Staples account sorted out. Her focus on customer service is exemplary.

Sean was amazingly helpful with choosing a printer, registering for support services and downloading the app I can use to help me set the printer up efficiently. I am soooo appreciative!

Michael was a great help! What an amazing young man. He got me exactly what I need, in a swiftly manner. He stays green!

I was tasked with getting a poster printed for work. Corporate sends a PDF..that's much bigger than we needed and no instructions.
Jessica was AMAZING!!!!! She literally went above and beyond.
She cut and resized for me so it fit. I was originally turned away and told they couldn't resize it.
I am extremely appreciative.

I rarely write reviews but this was the most pleasant Staples (or any printing/copy company) experience I've ever had. Johan was polite and patient - and while my task there was simple, he made the errand a nice experience! It was a very clean and organized location overall as well.

Sean was very helpful and I learned things from him about shopping at Staples! Everyone I dealt with were also very helpful and went above and beyond.

If it weren’t for Joel, I don’t know what I would’ve done with myself.

Joel has given me without a doubt the greatest customer experience one could possibly ever ask for. Because of him, I was able to walk out of Staples with everything I needed to make my daughters graduation gift special. You wouldn’t be able to tell just by looking at him, but he’s one of the most well spoken employees I have ever interacted with.

Funny, charming and witty, he encompasses everything that a store should be looking for when it comes to leadership. During trying times like this, any positive interaction is something worth cherishing.

I would like to thank the staff manager who hired Joel, as they did an incredible job with scouting this guy out.

Great store ! Prices are the lowest around especially for cleaning products and the like . A box of 50 masks under $8 ! Awesome !
The copy and print dept is very large and the quality is wonderful . There are a few associates that have been there for years and make your life easier by knowing what you are looking for and they call you with new items or sales that someone would be interested in .

Sean was fantastic at figuring out why my printer kept jamming — and cleverly figured out how to fix it. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I have come to this location twice for print & laminating services and both times have been outstanding in terms of quality of service. Juanita did a fantastic job laminating two sets of field guides I made and provided service with a personalized touch. Highly recommend!
