Pharmacy employees are really nice and helpful, the people complaining are old white people who are super mean to the employees. This store is less crowded than other locations nearby and has self checkout

CVS PHARMACY is the best! My family
has been using them for years for all our pharmacy needs. Having a child with significan medical issues who requires a lot of prescription medicine, a good pharmacy is crucial. Our pharmacist Heejin K has become a key member of my child's care team. She is an endless source of help, support, and care. She and the CVS Pharmacy team are polite, quick and so helpful. They go over and above helping us get medicine timely, and always are there to help us save money and get our medicine and understand them. They are knowledgeable about our insurance and medications. Heejin always goes over and above to make the experience easy and quick. She is kind, smart and the very best pharmacist anyone could hope for. I simply cannot say enough about her and the team at CVS PHARMACY on broadway and 77th street. THANK YOU!!

Me finding receipt with the young lady’s name (sakina) from the other night! She help me much find me items when me feeling sick & very little energy I tell yuh this lady sent from Angels! she go out of her way busy busy night help me out, My she so kind the world need more people like her working! Me elderly me been to this location at night before I tell yuh told myself I would not come back! The young people there don’t care to help elders me glade to see young people like her that cares!! The drugstore was great. It had umbrellas, bandaids, and some other things we expected a CVS to have. We used self checkout and both times we were in and out really quick. We did not interact with the pharmacy part of the store.

Each time I shop at my local CVS and need assistance from a CVS employee, that employee is polite, knowledgeable and eager to assist me.

This CVS pharmacy is one of the best in Manhattan Honestly!! They have the best pharmacy staff especially Heejin and Keana, they are always pleasant and caring towards customers :) and the store is always stocked with the items I need :) to be honest the ppl who wrote these past reviews are complaining sound very privileged and impolite, which is sadly common in the neighborhood.Truthfully YOU CANNOT FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE ESLE! This pharmacy has superb exceptional customer service, they go above and beyond to help out patients :) i would recommend to everyone I know and keep up the great work guys!!

THIS LOCATION IS GREAT!! .ALL OF THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS & PHENOMENAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS WORKING & WILLING TO GO BEYOND FOR THE CUSTOMERS, THEY GET THE JOB DONE. WITHOUT THEM IT WOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE FOR ALL OF US (CUSTOMERS) TO GET OUR MEDICINE. RECOGNIZE THIS PEOPLE. I SUGGEST ALL OF THEM GET A RAISE IMMEDIATELY.

I have to say most of the people who come here are so privileged where even if you come in after they close, they expect to be serviced which isn’t the case. How about you actually come in during the time they are open because every pharmacy staff is so helpful and kind managed by the best staff. Before you come here to complain, you should think about how you treat the staff.

Darnell is quite simply, the tops. I’ve never had a bad experience here with the people that work there, so not sure what other people are talking about. Everyone is respectful and says hi and one kid working the register wished me a belated happy birthday after he had to check my license for cold medicine.

I was very impressed by the help I got from a simple question as to how to find something. I got incredible attention from two people. They were both extremely personable and attentive to my needs.

Went here to stock up on cold and flu meds that are unavailable in Europe before flying home from NY. Wilson was very extreme helpful to me. Very nice staff.

CVS Corporate PLEASE NOTE: This is the BEST cvs in the city. I’ve lived in every section of Manhattan and the representatives and associates at this cvs are friendly, extremely well informed, and put customers above all else with amazing teamwork.

Please note tonight at 10:45pm that there was a drunk, aggressive, and extremely rude woman who demanded a receipt for a cash only self check out machine that was out of paper. I am well aware of this, it was noted clearly. She did not see it and blew up. The woman was screaming and berating your reps and they handled her flawlessly with smiles and kindness and understanding. Then she was so infuriated by their respect she demanded a full refund and credit.... for no reason other than the reps levels of respect for her upsetting her.

They also provided this with understanding and kindness. The teamwork they exhibited was beyond compare, and this woman left upset and I want it to be known they DID do everything they could do flawlessly.

Please know that I appreciate this team and every team at this cvs throughout each and every day for existing.

I've been a convert to CVS at B'way and 77 for at least the past 2 years. Heejin and Darnell in the pharmacy. are super friendly and total pros! I've never had anything other than a positive experience at this location.

I went on yesterday to pick up my prescription and this guy name Kervin or Kelvin was really awesome. Talk about customer service this guy went out of his way to ask me about my day and how I'm doing? I really like that. Cause of him he made my day! I love to keep coming back this guy has a great smile. He one of the reasons now I come to cvs!

the pharmacy cashiers are amazing specially a young guy that assisted me and help me apply a coupon to my prescription! absolutely amazing!!!

Very nice staff at this new CVS. Octiv helped us and she was very friendly offering a rain check for a sale item that was out of stock! Will defiantly become our new favorite pharmacy & quick stop shopping place.
