Plato's Closet Fayetteville

My first time in a Plato's closet and I had a good experience. There was a decent selection even as a man. I do wish the changing room had more hooks but that's a very minor complaint. Overall everything was great.

Writing this review after what I witnessed shopping yesterday: For whatever reason a lady was screaming at the employees upfront and slamming her items on their counter making a huge scene. Love this store and a great selection! The girls at this store are always helpful, even when the store is overwhelmed with customers. One of the best 2nd hand stores in NWA, don’t let any of the Karen’s on these reviews fool you!

Always so kind and considerate. They always help me if I’m looking for something and they always have everything. They are so kind no matter who you are and what you look like! They are very sweet And it’s my favorite place to go!!

Courteous staff that helped me with my questions. I'm a 58-year-old male, and I can find like new clothes and shoes at a fraction of the cost no sticker shock.

I come here every other week because they hold so many great things. I’ve found several favorite outfits of mine from Plato’s! The clothes are always in great condition for a great price! And the workers are always helpful and kind!! I went to the school event last year and bought several great shirts and pants! They always post about new arrivals and cute and give people chances to hold for pickup! They make secondhand clothing cute and affordable

Great place to find treasures. My daughter has found her thrifty calling and already wants to go back.

I LOVE this plato’s location. I am from out of town but have family that live in Fayetteville. This plato’s is by far my favorite and always is #1 on my trip checklist! ❤

This is my go to anytime I need a new outfit - I nearly always find something to meet my needs at a reasonable price. Do look closely as you're trying things on, as I have often found tears, stains, missing hooks, etc. but for the most part all is in good condition. Their men's selection is decent for a secondhand store, but they're lacking in plus size clothing. Great for small to average sized young women. Staff have usually been friendly/helpful.

I love this store so much. The staff is always so friendly, and they really take their time to lay out and design outfits that fit the current trends. On top of that, the clothes accepted are always of great quality and priced so affordably! One of my go-to stores where I have bought most my staple pieces.

This Plato's is my absolute favorite and my go-to place to peruse or search for something specific. The store is well organized by color, clothing style and size, and makes shopping here a breeze. I have routinely found my wardrobe staples and most treasured pieces here for excellent prices. When selling I have been compensated well for items and you can stay in store and shop, or leave and come back within 24hrs to pick up your cash and items. FUN FACT: This store is also (leashed and well-behaved) dog friendly, so it's a great place to take your doggo on a rainy afternoon. They keep treats at the check out and are always happy to see a furry friend!

I always enjoy my visit at Plato’s, they have the best gently used clothing at reasonable prices! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I’ve also sold some of my clothes here and have never had a problem, I like that they text you when they are done reviewing your items so you’re not stuck waiting forever. Over all a great selection of trendy clothing and good customer service.

This Plato's is wayyy better then the Bentonville location! Lots more everything!

I haven't bought clothes anywhere but Plato's in the past 2 years. Their prices are unbeatable and items are always in good condition. Also they pay a decent amount for clothes which comes in handy when money is tight.

Everyone that works here are really friendly and helpful! They have really go brands but you have to have time to dedicate to looking through the racks! You can also follow them on Instagram and they post when new things come in which is really cool! Definitely recommended this store to people who want good quality used clothes for cheap!

This is a great store. I've always found shoes that are almost new for cheap. They take clothes of quality. Not like goodwill or anything. It's a fashion resale store and I've introduced many friends to this place. Staff is always awesome and I always find something everytime I visit.

I love Plato's! They have such a large selection of clothes for great prices- a lot of items from local boutiques with tags still on! It is always like a treasure hunt and I love finding great items for less than retail!!

I love Platos! I always find trendy as well as classic pieces for a great price. It’s by far my favorite second hand store. They always have me coming me almost weekly because of their selection & deals :)

They always have the cutest clothes and great prices all year. I love to do all my shopping there. Plus Christmas shopping for the teenagers in my family. Being the cool aunt / cousin is a lot of work but I know where to get the trendiest gift at so I’m in luck. ❤❤❤

I like this store. I've been getting most of my style here for years. Yes, sometimes they aren't gonna take your clothes. It's not the end of the world if they don't. Donate them to charity. I am so thankful I can get awesome clothes at great deals here!
