Ashton helped me out with a Sim Card issue I was having with my phone. Dude was extremely chill and exudes excellent vibes. He explained things clearly and helped me set up my eSim. Need more people like this guy in this world.

Second time visiting this store. Zero complaints. They’ve been great! Alex was awesome in helping me trade in my old phone and changing our plan. He answered all of our questions and spoke in a way that was easily understood in what he was doing/what was going on. Very professional and easy to talk to! I will never go back to the previous Verizon store I had been going to. This is my new Verizon store! Keep up the good work guys!

Kayla was knowledgeable and customer friendly. This is my second phone I have purchased from her, she has helped throughout the years with her experience and outstanding customer service. This is why we continue to seek and use her support.

The lady that helped me, had a customer in front of us. The lady was having an awful day. She helped her get a good phone for a good price. Then she came to me and helped me with my issue of changing my phones out. She made it quick and easy. Greatly appreciate it. I wish I remembered her name. Kayla listened and took time with me as though I was the only person in the world with a Verizon phone she succeeded in achieving what I need to know and help with, before I left the store. I'm usually not happy about cell phones and cellphone companies. Still don't like cellphones in general. But since I must have one im glad I went here. Got a very good phone for a fair price. Great attitudes all around. Life is weird and frustrating right now. But I was actually relieved when I left the store. It was a very good experience. Thanks to Alex who was very professional , knowledgeable and helpful.

Chris is the MAN! I had a complex situationand didnt really know what to do. Spoke with Chris and instead of just throwing me into something he took the time to evaluate the situation and find a personal solution. I live in Massillon and will gladly pass 4 or 5 stores to come to this one. If youre getting a new phone, watch, whatever, go to Chris!

My son's phone stopped connecting to the network. I stopped in and Kayla took a few moments to diagnose the issue and decided a new Sim card would likely help. She changed the Sim card and the phone started working again. A 10 minute trip resolved days of frustration. Thank you very much Kayla!

Alex the wireless specialist was great. Helped me switch to Verizon and deal with all the various issues that came up. He was very patient with us. We ended up getting two watches and two phones

Very willing to help, polite and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions in language I, as a senior citizen could relate with. Other stores were fast talking and used Hi-Tech phrases. Will definitely recommend this store.

Great place to get your new cell phone service at I got a great deal on all new high end phones. Customer service was excellent and they were very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I even got a great deal on my trade in phone and was able to buy some nice accessories for the whole family. Go here if you need to switch service you won't be disappointed.
