Walmart Supercenter

I really didn't do much shopping this store but when I did the self checkout attendant was very, very helpful. She was very sweet and I appreciate it her help. Later that day I was looking all over my house and my car for my wallet. I could not find it anywhere and I was panicked. My last resort was to try and call Walmart but I figured I probably would never see it again. The minute I called she checked, verified my information and they had it there in the store. I was so relieved and so thankful that they were so attentive to things of this nature. It meant the world to me and I truly appreciate them.

Went in for a few things and came out with everything that we needed and a great deal on inexpensive cell phone for my son. Thanks to the service person that let us know about this deal because he really needed a phone quick. We were able to pick up food items, clothing items, cell phone cleaning products all in one place and get our to-do list finished and on our way.

This is a great store! I do most all of my grocery-shopping here, such a great Walmart! It’s always clean, stocked, quick, safe, etc. — I never have any issues here, awesome spot! I’ve been shopping here consistently for 7 + years. The sink water in the main Men’s bathroom is always so hot too — great for washing my hands after shopping. Mainstays, Hyper-Tough, and Great Value are such great Walmart brands too — top-quality products at very reasonable prices. I really like Walmart and this is my favorite Walmart store! ALL of the employees there are awesome too, great jobs to ALL there. 100%.

This Wal-Mart is super clean and organized. The bakery is wonderful. The cannoli is DELICIOUS. The hot food is mouthwatering and the service is great. The cashier was efficient and friendly. They also have self serve checkouts if you prefer that. Close to hotels and restaurants.

I really like this store. I always have. I know where to find what I want, can get it easily and be done.

The self check outs are ok for small purchases but I usually buy to much for the small check outs and the lines are long for the regular check outs so I started buying less.

My son absolutely loves his new Tank from Walmart! But as for the tank not even 6 month's later it keeps blowing fuses when he puts it in reverse not worth the money.
The pick up option I will definitely never ever use again this is my 2nd time, and both times I waited for over a hour currently here for over and hour now waiting and there is no one hardly even here.

Unadvertised special of turkey breast for 50¢/lb. was a great surprise. Extremely friendly staff on Black Friday.

For the most part, most Wal-Marts are a great place to shop. There were a few times where people followed me around like I was a thief but I didn't let it spoil my day.

Got a new eyeglass case from the optometrist.....looks good

My cashier Kavan was a very friendly and accurate cashier 🫣😉 with cool hair. 5 stars.

I love this place. I have worked here 11 years. I love helping our customers and seeing our regulars. It truly is like a second family there. Is it perfect...no but I personally strive everyday to make the changes necessary to make sure I can take care of our customers. So if you are a customer and shop here....Thankyou!!! This Walmart is pretty clean and has pretty full shelves. I love their delivery service, I have Walmart + and get free delivery. They always get my order correct and are only sometimes out of items. I definitely recommend getting Walmart +, when shopping in store I use the scan and go option it really helps me get in and out of the store quicker.

Went looking for a pet grooming tool and they actually had 4 different models/brands to chose from. Found one easily. Also got a gift card so I couldn't self check out but the wait wasn't too long and the cashier was pleasant.

The staff here is very good There is usually every thing I need in stock The store off Arlington Rd in Akron is kept pretty clean and it is usually a fairly pleasant to shop

I have to say I'm not a Walmart shopper. I went in with a list from a family member the Saturday before Easter I was tired just getting off work myself and not really happy to be there.
The staff members were
TERRIFIC!!!!!!
EVERY single staff member I asked for help helped me by taking me to the item or giving me the isle number I asked for with the offer to take me.
The store was packed with customers , our cashier Robert was nice too.
He greeted us and thanked us even though he was very busy.
I will always use a cashier instead of self checkout.
The greeters leaving the store also thanked us for shopping.
I hope the staff working that day got my message as I told Robert and the greeters to thank everyone for putting up with me.
I've NEVER felt so welcome in a Walmart.
Good job store leaders your staff really were on top of customer service the day before Easter.

Want to share. I had a wonderful experience shopping your Store with a young woman named Catera that helped us on your uscan on our orders which was mine and my sisters. When my sister realized you had thrown a sale on children clothes we asked her if she had children and what sizes and colors they liked. So while I waited with our groceries my sister gathered Cloths for herself and Catera's family She was so cute , funny and made us feel valued.She deserves to be recognized. Please find more girls like Catera she was a joy to have helping us.
