Very nice store, has lots of food, sweets, meats, candy, holiday gifts, you can get cigarettes but there's only a very short variety.

Me and my Gramma went shopping Yesterday. And a Young lady with brown hair her name started with a Z I apologize I don’t remember her full name. I could not find a certain kind of beans and she was busy you can tell and she stopped what she was doing and came over to help me. I just wanna say That make the whole experience so much better to know the employees care and are willing to help and are super friendly. Me and my family will most definitely come back. Thank you for making this experience very warm and friendly. All the cashiers were so welcoming as well.

The fresh wings did not come in on Sat am but not thire fault

I go here usually in the middle of the week, if I can't go to major grocery store. It is more of a convenience to have than driving a little bit further in a time crunch. Prices are a little higher than normal but still fresh and good products.

Amazing staff!! Buehler’s in the Portage Lakes is the grocery store I shop at every week. The staff has always been wonderful but especially during these difficult times it’s good to let people know how much they are appreciated. I’ve been using the grocery pickup option and it’s been fantastic. Staff is extremely helpful taking my order and calling to let me know if something isn’t available and offering other options. Thank you for making the process so easy and comfortable, all your efforts are truly appreciated.

A great clean & friendly store with the Best Chicken & Jo Jo's and the Bakery is Fantastic! Always Fresh foods and Great sales. The great team work between employees and manager, Jim Fox, is remarkable! The employees speak so highly and appreciate their store manager. I have shopped there for 4 yrs and recommend it to everyone. Happy Shopping!

Our favorite grocery store because of their variety of options. I highly recommend their fresh donuts, cookie cake, seafood, soups and chicken!

We had an experience at this location that set a bad tone for me and my family. We called, spoke to the manager Kelley and he went above and beyond to listen to our concerns and to take corrective action towards a resolution.
He has by far exceeded my expectations in customer service and appreciate all he has done.

You can't beat their sales. They sell meat all the time for half the price of everywhere else. The store is very clean. Every couple hundred dollars spent gets you $10 off. The staff is so friendly. Large variety.

The kindest staffs. Got big helps find my favorite cookies. Fresh strawberry yogurt cup, just ❤ it. So happy to find fresh wigs to go with my good cheese. Also the store closes at 11pm the latest store around. Very appreciate that.

Abby saved my Thanksgiving dish! Lol. Abby was so kind to make the effort over the phone to see if they had a item actually "in stock" for me come and not just looking at what inventory said they had. While the other 6 stores I went to, in the area, made no attempt and used the lines like "what is on the shelf is what we have" or "night crew loads the shelf". Thank you Abby I appreciate your customer service!

Great grocery store. A true grocery store unlike Walmart or Target who sell plenty of other things. Couldn't find a few items but I think there are supply shortages on some things currently. Really friendly staff and cashiers.

This was our 2nd time to this store and oh my goodness we were impressed beyond belief. First they didnt have what we wanted on the shelf, so a worker went back and checked the back room to see if they had it there. They didnt have any however, she asked what we liked and said she would order it and took down my phone number to let me know when it comes in! I mean talk about WONDERFUL customer service!!! Then we went to check out and our cashier was just amazing! She made the remaining time there just wonderful. Best customer service I've ever had at any grocery store!!!
