I visited this music store for the first time today. Sarah was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. This music shop has a great selection for all stringed instruments, including instruction books, and a wide variety of other instruments as well. Probably not the place to go if you're looking to purchase specialty woodwind or brass instruments, but they definitely have the accessories that you would need (reeds, valve oil, etc) if you already own this type of instrument. Our experience was wonderful, the shop is set up beautifully to browse, and we'll definitely be going back 😊

This is one of Port Townsend's gems and one of the nicer small, privately owned music stores I've been to on the west coast. George replaced the nut on an electric guitar for me and did beautiful work. The guitar came back feeling perfect. I would have driven hours to get this quality of work, and it's great having these folks right in town.

Crossroads Music is the premier music store on the north shore of the Olympic Peninsula. The staff treats every customer in a friendly and courteous manner. I have taken music lessons there and purchased items big and small.

I ordered a tablet holder for my keyboard stand. When it arrived, it was broken. I contacted Crossroads and they immediately responded by offering to replace it with another they had in stock. I just received the new one in perfect order and I can't say enough how excellent their customer service is. They aren't just in it for the sale. They are in it to establish a great reputation as a company. We need more companies like this in the world. Thanks again Crossroads!

Crossroads Music 🎶 is a wonderful store. I took my guitar in for adjustment and the guitar was ready when they said it would be and it sounds better than it has for years.
The owners are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with a great selection of guitars 🎸. It was worth the drive from Sequim to go to their store.

I'm not from Port Townsend, just passing through. My friend is a music buff with lots of love for instruments, and he found a lot of types of instruments to try he hadn't been able to, even in Portland, OR. He loved the store, and so did I! Staff is helpful and kind, I heard them assisting children and adults, and there are little studio rooms & lots of instruments to try. Made my night to stop there and enjoy the sounds of people playing and to play myself. Highly recommend!

I placed an order online for a Romero Tiny Tenor spalted mango from Crossroads Music who I just “happened” to find online. It ARRIVED today! The delivery was speedy (1week across the country) and the ukulele was carefully packaged. I am SO happy and in love with this ukulele. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the sound is fabulous. I wanted to thank Mike for all his help on the phone which helped me make my decision! Good decisions all around!!! ❤Love It. Glad to have found Crossroads Music also! I will be shopping here again.

The store has a wide variety and a superior selection of fine instruments. some are very unique, and amazingly low prices.

I haven't had the pleasure of purchasing an instrument here yet, but I recently had their resident luthier, George, do some installations on an acoustic guitar for me. It plays and sounds great, and I'll definitely be bringing more guitars to George in the near future for custom work. He's earned my complete trust.
