Joyce was extremely helpful. The manager was also extremely helpful. Because of their service, I give them 5 stars. They made getting new phones and service through them, a breeze. We live in PA, and so far, we've been happy with the service.

Very good experience the lady behind counter, her name started with a J, was so helpful and gave us a good deal to return from breezline ( a joke). The technician was very nice as well and helpful.

I spent 3 hours transferring from an old old iphone/t-mobile to an android/xfinity and it was the best experience I've had in a phone store. The employees are great and went the extra mile for us. Yall are the best.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! I communicated to a counter rep what I needed. He quickly looked up my account, and I was able to exchange for an updated box. The rep was eager to assist me, he was cordial, and he answered all of my questions. I was out the door in 5 minutes. That's what I'm talking about! Great service.

Xfinity as whole gets an understandably bad rap, but I've always had great experiences and great customer service going into this store. Recently, I moved into a new construction home that needed service. I decided to skip the 800 number, as I knew that would only cause frustration. One of the reps here that was familiar with the Morgantown/Fairmont area was able to explain the whole process to me, and told me that a technician should be out within a week to survey my property for service. I got a call back from her the next day, telling me my property was ready for service. An appointment was set for installation, and within 3 days, I was up and running.

Note: There is NOT a phone number to contact this store directly. It sucks, but just go into the store, especially if you're setting up or transferring service around this area. You'll get much better help than calling the 800 number. The representative I spoke with was kind enough to give me her work cell phone number to contact her, as I was worried I wouldn't get any updates on the status of my order after leaving the store, and I would have no way of following up. Thankfully, I didn't even have to use it!

Went there to check out the deals they have on IPhones and Joyce hooked me up with a iPhone 12 and got everything set up for me! Great service and definitely recommend for your mobile needs. Another salesperson even pit my screen protector on I didn’t catch his name though

Steve is incredible. I had canceled my service cause we are moving out of the country and on the way to return my unit my 11 month old threw up all over himself in the car. After I cleaned him up he fell asleep. Steve did he return curb side so I didn’t have to wake him up. Amazing customer service!!!

Took care of my problem very fast. I ordered 6 cameras online over a week ago and still have not received them stopwd in this store and the gentleman took care of the problem by giving me the 6 cameras that I ordered and if the ones I ordered online ever to return to store

I agree comcast doesn't always have the best customer service over the phone. If you happen to go to their locations is a different story. Joyce at this location is absolutely phenomenal! She always does everything she can to help her customers. I never call anymore. Anytime I have any type of concern I go straight to her. I really appreciate her hard work and friendly attitude.

I went to get a SIM card for my Pixel 6 for Xfinity wireless my experience was quite easy. I was able to keep my existing phone number

Staff are helpful and know plenty about the products as well as services.
It’s better to get your own modem and router.

im really not sure why comcast gets such a bad rap. i have had them for almost a decade and i have never had an issue with them. when i call customer service my issue gets resolved by then end of the call. yea you have to jump through hops to make sure you are who is suppose to be accessing the account but that is there job. i have had some high level issues and they always fix them. my current issue is i was at work and my network was breached so i called them to reset my public ip so they attacker couldnt access anymore. and they fixed it with in about 20-30 min no problem. they just needed to understand what was going on before they can proceed. they arent mind readers. but over all i love them.

Huge shout out to these guys!!!! Great experience at this location stopped by the other day shortly before close to see if they could activate a phone for me we were assisted by Marshall who was very professional and eager to help had our new line added and we were out the door in less than 10 minutes

All you people with 1 star reviews have clearly never had frontier lol 2 and a half months no internet and they are always so cocky and smug when you call them about it. And they expect you to pay the full amount

Don't dial their 1-800 number, go to the store. Took me an hour and a half on the phone with customer service to be told I needed to go to the store, and three minutes in the store for then to resolve the issue I had. If I'd started with the store, I would've saved significant time.
