Tyler is the guy he made my purchase and transfer the easiest I have had it. Also him and tanner were very fun and kept us entertained the whole time!

Kayden was extremely personable, positive, patient, and very helpful with resolving my concerns and phone issues. He got me set up with a new phone and watch for a great deal! He made the process smooth, painless, and I appreciated the help. His co-worker on shift was also extremely helpful in the process when Kayden needed assistance, which is always nice to see. They worked around system errors on their end as well while and they had many customers in the store with only having 2 people on staff and still tended to everyones needs. They deserve major kudos!!! Great job guys and thank you so much for all of your help! One of my best experiences at Verizon yet.

Just purchased the I-Phone 15 Pro Max here. These people really know the product and all the technical procedures to transfer all my photos, contacts, emails, and Apps so easily and quickly from your old phone to the new one! So cool!

The store had absolutely perfect customer service. The gentleman that helped me got the data on my phone transferred and helped me get all the extras that I needed for my new phone, and even applied all my extras. I am definitely returning to the store for all my future needs.
PS I think the young man’s name is Dennis, but I am pretty forgetful these days. All the employees there seem to be very nice and helpful, you will not be disappointed.

I needed assistance to transfer my info from an old iphone to my new one! the workers were super! Friendly and very knowledgeable! They added a screen protector as well as camera lens protectors. Great team at this store!

Tanner was very knowlegeable and professional. Answered all of my questions and helped me get everything set back up on my new phone. He was extremely patient and thorough to make sure everything transferred and was back up working.

We had a little difficulty on our end getting switched over. The crew was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. We had an excellent experience and I'm kicking myself for not transferring to Verizon sooner! Thank you for all your help!

My husband and I had such a great experience here. I can be a rather difficult person to deal with, especially at phone stores because I have had so many difficult situations and people to deal with in the past. So it was a rather nice change of pace to have a true sense of trust after the time we spent there. In particular, Maia really made this a great experience and this girl really knows her stuff!

My online order was canceled because I took too long to come for it. They handled it perfectly. They got me my new phone and on my way in no time. Thank you!

Walked into the store and was assisted by Tori. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She listened to my requests and when all was finished I walked out with a phone that fit the needs of my son perfectly. She also saved me a good sum of money on my monthly bill.
I'll be coming back for our next upgrade and will recommend the store to others.

Every time we come here we have a great experience. Today we were helped by the store manager Rylie. She was quick, bubbly, and helped get us a great deal. You can tell how much she cares about the customer and for that reason we will always come to this location!!
