The 4425 Apartment Homes

For those looking for a really nice apartment community in Gig Harbor that is fairly priced, the 4425 is the place to go. This apartment community is just a short walk away from Uptown Gig Harbor, the main shopping/grocery area of Gig Harbor. It is also right across from the Gig Harbor Public Library and a short drive away from the WA-16. I love that there is a security gate to enter the community, which closes at night. As a new rentee with this apartment complex, the screening and application went smooth thanks to Lexi’s and Brendan’s help. I had lots of questions to ask during the application process as I wanted to make sure I didn’t fill out something misleading or wrong information on accident. Lexi answered all of my questions with pose, graciousness, and great professionalism. I’m very happy I decided to move to this apartment complex because it makes it much easier to balance graduate school and work than living up in Redmond, WA. As I stay at my new apartment unit for the duration of my lease, I will definitely update my experience about my unit.

I’ve only just recently moved into the 4425 and there are already a few things that i’m appreciative of. For starters, it is a very clean community and I feel very safe here, especially considering some of the more lackluster properties that i’ve seen in Tacoma.

On top of that, the units themselves are amazing. Everything in the units, from the floor to the appliances, feels, looks and *is* new and clean. I am particularly happy with the hardwood floors and granite countertops.

Beyond the property itself, I am beyond appreciative of the actual staff. Throughout the whole application process, the team was extremely helpful and understanding. Lexi was always very knowledgeable, very nice and made the experience feel so much more personal; and Brandon was always there to answer questions and assure us that all was well. Everyone was always on top of it whenever there were any hiccups and helped us as best as possible. It felt like they truly wanted to help get us into that apartment!

This is one of the best places we have ever lived. The community is clean, safe, hospitable yet private. The amenities are sustained, and generous and we have never had an issue with management nor maintenance. Lexy was extremely punctual, helpful, and supportive through our entire application and highly encourage a promotion for her customer service skills & process. At the 4425, you are definitely getting what you pay for with this place. The application process is VERY thorough and requires a letter of recommendation from previous property management in the application process, so be aware of that going into it!

I've visited the 4425 apartment complex a few times as my friend lives there, and I must say, it's a beautiful place! The complex is always very clean, and the staff is not only helpful and friendly but they genuinely seem to enjoy being there. One of the maintenance guys even took the time to stop, chat, and share a laugh with me - it's clear they treat everyone as actual people and individuals.

The complex is gated, giving a nice sense of security, and the parking spots are larger than most places, which is a relief for someone like me who struggles with parallel parking; or even finding parking in general. The units themselves are modern and appear as though they've been recently renovated (a rare find in my experience!!). My friend has truly struck gold with this place. We're both very impressed!

I recently moved into The 4425 Apartments. The apartment is in great condition, and Lexy made the application/move-in process smooth and low-stress. She was extremely responsive, professional, and had a calm demeanor about her.

We are a young family who just moved here. The process of applying for the apartment and communicating with management was great. There was kind and speedy communication, and they even went the extra mile to help get us in by talking to the screening company about our situation. When we arrived for the walkthrough, Brandon was very helpful and showed us the pool, fitness room, game room, and mailboxes. He has answered all of our questions quickly via email. The apartment was clean and well taken care of and the neighbors we have seen are very friendly. We have barely heard any noise, so I think the insulation here is pretty good. The community is safe, secluded, and beautiful. We have had nothing short of a great move-in experience! It’s a blessing to have this home for our little family.

I recently moved from DuPont and I have to say it’s been a positive experience. LaToya, Brandon have been awesome. Especially LaToya she has keep up with communication. I had many questions and she was right there with the answer. She never got weary with me. Brandon greeted me on my first visit. He was very friendly and professional. I met Ed the maintenance man and he too was very nice.
The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are a great value especially in this community. The apartments are well kept, clean and spacious. I’d like to thank LaToya, Brandon and Ed for Welcoming Me Home!!

The major resurfacing project was very impressive with great communications from the staff and politeness of the workers.
The maintenance and gardening staff each do a very nice job.
The office staff are kind and respectful.
It's a great place to call home.

We are loving this place. The community is real welcoming and the atmosphere can't be beat.

My partner and I lived here for 3 years and loved it. We moved out at the end of 2019. We highly recommend it and wish we didn't have to leave. We only moved because we needed to be closer to work. The apartments are nice and quiet. We lived on the ground floor and never once heard our neighbors. There is plenty of parking. The interiors of the apartments are pretty nice, and it's very close to everything you need. Rent hikes were predictable and acceptable, around $50-$60 increase per year. When we moved out we got about as much of our deposit back as we expected.

Notes: The gym is nice but needs the cardio equipment replaced. Management is pretty responsive, but I wish they would tell you when you have a package in the office. Apparently they had a package for me for months that I never knew was coming, so it just sat there. Also there was a week of serious snow that didn't get plowed, which stopped me from getting to work for 3 days. Residents were shoveling snow themselves, which shouldn't happen. Hopefully management will have a plan next time it snows. We were on the waitlist for our apartment for about 5 months. This is not a place to apply to if you need to move fast or only stay for a little while. The leases are definitely designed to cater towards longer-term residents.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with these apartments. We lived there for two years and have nothing but great things to say about them. From the appliances, layout of the apartment, great amount of storage to the granite countertops, etc. the apartments were great. We had a wonderful experience with the management and maintenance staff as well. They were always quick to address issues (of which there were few).

We have since moved across the country and have compared all apartments to 4425. It's been rare to find one that's matched their level of amenities and quality staff. Highly recommend this place.

We are so excited to live here! After what seemed like months of searching, we finally found the place for us, and Lina could not have been more helpful. She called us frequently, kept us up to date, and helped every step of the way. She went out of her way to always help us understand the process, explain the apartments, the area, etc. She did it all! She was always very cordial and punctual, I've never had better interactions with management before. If her attitude and helpfulness is any indication of 4425 itself then we are beyond happy to call this place home. Lina made the whole process a breeze, and we look forward to joining the community. I lived here about 3 years ago during my 2 year stay in Gig Harbor. Honestly, looking back, it was one of the best apartments I've ever had! The property managers (Jennifer being one of them at the time) were always super nice and ALWAYS stepped up to go above and beyond any time I needed something. Maintenance was prompt and effective in the very rare case that something did malfunction, which has not been my experience at any other apartment complex ever. It's too bad there aren't more places like this in Los Angeles, I would do anything to pay what I did here and get the customer service and comfort that this community provided.
It's also worth mentioning, that when I moved out, they were very quick in returning my security deposit refund to me. There was money deducted but it was to repair a rather large hole in the wall that i had caused, and I was notified of the deduction upon my moving out. The whole process was easy and totally transparent.

WOW. All the bad reviews...........from people trying to rent here and not getting in for one reason or another. There's always a waiting list because this place is awesome. Reviews from anyone living here are great; that's because it's a great place to live. Staff is very friendly, especially the groundsman. He keeps the place exceptionally clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be 8:00 a.m. every Thursday in the summer, all of the noise they make grooming the grounds, which are beautiful. Just wish they would start working a little later.

I have lived at The 4425 Apts for over 5 years' In that time I have found all of the staff to be friendly and very responsive and the unit itself has been a very comfortable home for me. The amenities, including a very nice well kept pool and gym are an added bonus. Excellent value in Gig Harbor!

Moving in was super easy, Brandon did a great job and both him and Jennifer are kind, prompt and very helpful. The Apartments grounds are always clean, maintenance is on point, and the sunsets are gorgeous!

Management was extremely responsive throughout my lease. Clean complex. Move out was extremely easy and I received my security deposit within 10 days of my lease being up.

I've lived here for over a year now. Beautiful apartments, a friendly and outstanding staff and an ideal location right near Uptown with tons of nearby shopping and dining options. Best apartment I've ever rented, I couldn't be more delighted.
