Maria at the counter was amazing. So personable and sweet! My drink and food came out perfect and it was awesome seeing the staff look busy but still have a smile!

I love this Starbucks so much, everyone is always so kind and friendly. They have excellent service. Kudos to the worker here who drew spiderman for my little cousin who wanted his name to be spiderman on his order!

This is some of those secret Starbucks locations that has the really good white chocolate mochas- they are made the old way, and taste way better!

For a stop in and pick up, this place was packed! White chocolate mocha, never disappoints, and the bacon and egg croissant was perfectly warmed up. I always feel like I get a great drink from this location.

It's Starbucks, pretty standard. The location is decent, but it doesn't have a drive-through. You can expect the normal excellent coffee, snacks, or drinks that you would from pretty much every Starbucks.

Great destination for my Sunday morning bike ride. They have a huge outdoor seating area.

My favorite Starbucks for 10 years now! Staff is always really friendly and the atmosphere is always good! Lots of indoor/outdoor seating. There’s heaters for the outdoor seating and part of it is covered, which is great if you prefer the outdoors

It's at a good location with great service and wonderful employees working there.

Good location. Lots of parking. Very peaceful early hours. Clean both inside and out. Pastries and drinks were up to Starbucks standards. The employees are professional and friendly. They work well as a team and seem to enjoy their work and customers.

The mocha cookie crumble the only thing I get which is why I gave it five stars. But on this occasion I tried the new refresher and it was garbage totally nasty

The baristas that work here are very nice and make good drinks. The little area that you can sit down here in the front of the store is pleasant.

No drive through but it has great outdoor seating with heaters. This location is more for socializing. Since it has no drive through you actually have to exit the vehicle and walk to the store which I love. Great customer service at this location. One of my favorite Starbucks location overall.

I love this Starbucks! I get coffee here regularly because the staff is always friendly, efficient and the drinks are consistently made well. Would definitely recommend this spot for a good cup of coffee!

Excellent service! There was only one person working so she was taking orders and then going over and making the coffee. My coffee was fantastic! Tasted so good. The lady Starbucks I had was terrible, but was not from this location. I wish I could remember the person's name.

Since Starbucks is a chain I will not be commenting on food or drink quality since these generally stay the same from area to area. I will say that the Borgen location is one of the busiest in Gig Harbor, and that the staff have always been very prompt while still providing great customer service. Even their recent hires are timely and do their best to provide wonderful customer service. The location has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating (the latter of which is heated, which is nice on colder days) and is never so packed with in-house guests that it's unpleasant. This location is a great recommendation for anyone who wants a casual cup of coffee, or somewhere to study on a weekday.

This is a nice large Starbucks with tons of seating inside and a huge outdoor seating area outside with padded seats. If you want a Starbucks you can sit down and hang out at, this is it. Never had any issues with messed up drinks or any bad experiences with employees.

Good caffeine, the people are neat to talk to!
