Office Depot

I discovered this great location based on ease of access and parking. All shopping and special printing needs were exceeded.
It is now my full time store for supplies and great customer service.

We bought a desk this evening. Jim helped us. He is so helpful. First he greeted us when we came in and offered to help. After we selected a desk and paid for it, he took it to our car. It was a wonderful experience. I was also amazed at the selection of desks at an amazing price. Ours was only 139.00 and regular price was over 200.00. It was a great buy for a very nice contemporary desk. I wish all purchases were this pleasant. Thank you Jim. By the way, Jim looks like Sam Elliot without a mustache.

I ordered computer online it was pick up ready when I got there. Associates were nice, parking easy, safe location. I plan to go again after holidays to buy a office chair.

Customer Service is wonderful! They’re always helpful and friendly in the Tech department and supplies the printing. I don’t know what I do if they weren’t there.

Great customer service today at the Office Depot in Greenville Ave. in Dallas, TX. Debbie went up and above assisting with the items that I was looking for and Julian at checkout was key in me as well. Great experience!!

The Office Depot at lovers in Greenville is my local office supply store. You can find everything you can think of for the office or home office. The staff is always helpful and guides me to what I need. It's a big store and well laid out and perfect for browsing for the latest office Gizmo or Gadget. The only downside is the large encampment of homeless people right behind the store. In fact there was a homeless person sitting in the middle of parking lot so that you had to drive around him to get to the space. I would suggest being on alert when you go shopping there.

Staff were helpful, prices were good.

Always have what I need. This time was it was Epson ink for my printer, and then I saw a desk on display that might fit what I’m looking for in my office. Handy “please take one” info sheet about the desk - very helpful. Person at checkout was particularly polite and friendly, which is always appreciated.

Great customer service! Two different people offered help while I was browsing, this made my visit so much faster. Found everything I needed.

Last week, my sister needed business cards for school. She needed the business card same day because she had a school event the next day at 7 am. JJ, the manager, and David, an associate, worked tirelessly to accommodate my sister’s need. They were able to print my sister’s business cards same day. The customer service is good. And the people truly want to help you.

I received excellent service from all associates that I encountered. I would be happy to shop there again.

This particular Office Depot is terrific. They ALWAYS have what I'm looking for along with things I didn't know I needed until I see them there. We even found a purple surge protector for our home health aide's Xmas stocking (she LOVES purple)!

The team at this Office Depot are extremely attentive and fast as problem resolution. I had a toner cartridge (~$100) that was defective and just 1 day outside of the return timeline, and the GM took care of it with no questions asked. The team made me feel like a valued customer. Great customer service is happening here!

Doreen went out of her way to help me in printing my Mother's Funeral program. She thought that I needed it for the upcoming funeral, when in fact, I was printing programs for those who could not attend. Doreen left 2 emails regarding the fact that the programs were ready in haste. Also, being an understandably flustered and high management customer at this time in my life, I left my portfolio. Doreen "babysat" this for me and "didn't charge me rent." I am grateful for her professionalism and care. Yes, Office Depot is always the first place I go.

But I received the same service from the Office Depot in Jackson, TN where I designed and printed the original programs. That professional employee, was equally wonderful. I also needed a speaker which they did not sell. A young man at the Jackson, TN Office Depot researched the matter and sent me to a competitor because I needed it for the funeral. Amazing.

I now go only to Office Depot first. They know their stuff. THEY CARE.
